I always go to Latitude when in Pucón! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I especially recommend the Grand Prix or Buddha burgers. Great place for vegetarians as well! They're happy to make any of their burgers with a veggie patty - with chickpeas as a main ingredient.

La Fleur de Sel was one of the restaurants recommended by my B&B hosts. It is located at one of the nearby termas, which also offers luxury lodging (with meals for those staying included in their price). I had lamb ribs prepared in slow-cooked fashion, on a bed of pureed potatoes and with seasonal vegetables. The flavors and presentation were both artful, and I enjoyed it with a glass of Chilean wine and finished it with a delicious chocolate dessert.
But the food was just one of the highlights at this restaurant. Friendly, attentive Waitstaff took great care of me (tolerating my Spanish while also speaking English). And the restaurant featured natural decor amid interesting architecture. There were many interesting, artistic touches to enjoy as well.
A bit pricier than most restaurants in the area, La Fleur de Sel definitely gives you your money's worth. My dinner that night was a truly special treat.

We recently celebrated a birthday and choose El Castillo for our celebration spot. Not only do they have an amazing view of the volcano, the pizza is out of this world! Zoe always makes sure to accommodate everyone's needs. Juices are natural, tall and delicious! Highly suggest visiting El Castillo when you need a change of scenery from Pucon! We can't wait to go back!

We arrived here at 6.40 pm, 10 minutes later than the restaurant's closing time.
They were extremely nice in accomodating our party of 5, including three small children!
We ate three different pasta offerings, with different sauces and fillings, plus an antipasto of prosciutto and coppa, together with "changle", a local variety of funghi.
Everything tasted great, and the service was near perfect, despite being their time to leave! Portions were generous and price to quality ratio seemed fair.
Go there for lunch if you're in town!

I visited El Sabio for lunch and had the vegetarian pizza, which was very good. Though I don't speak Spanish, the owners went out of their way to help translate some of the ingredients for me, and we're very warm and friendly. Highly recommend! We liked to serve you. Thanks for your warm recommendation.

Fine international cuisine, and a wonderfull grilled kitchen. With a beautifull view to the lake and Villarrica volcano
We visted the restaurant at time of sunset and the Villarrco vulcano gave a great background for an excellent dinner. Both, we ordered seafood being served in a very delicious quality. Also the dessert was very tasty.

We had dinner in this restaurant a few hours ago. First thing I do is ask for a sprite, and shortly after they bring me an already opened bottle. Although it bothers me I didn't care so much, that kind of thing happens with a relatively high frequency in Chile, so I don't say anything. Next thing I order a pizza, I choose the nativa camaron pizza, which has shrimps and vegetables. Before bringing our order they serve bread which was a bit old, and then they serve the food. The problem was that after eating two thirds of the pizza I find a long hair deep in the dough, so I tell the waitress. She takes the plate to the cook, and he shows it to another guy. After a while the last guy comes to our table (I think it was the owner) and apologizes, saying that they will give us a discount. After finishing our drinks we ask for the bill, noticing they discounted 4000 pesos for the problem, which was less than half the value of the pizza (and less than 10% of the total bill). We pay. Then they give us a bag of some kind of candy before we leave, which was past expiration date.

Inspired by the landscapes of southern Chile, our dining experience is a destination in itself .
Un local nuevo, sumamente bien atendido y el menú incluye comida Gourmet (las sopas son increíbles también). Y los baños impecables. Really great food in this little town, we tried the lunch time "menu" which was fantastic and only costed USD 11 each. Highly recommended.
