The best Fish Restaurant in Geneva since 21 years.
This restaurant is a real surprise in the zone between Geneva and neighbouring France at the end of the tram line. Fresh, interesting ingredients with a chef who clearly knows what he is doing with imagination. There is a lovely Terrace next to the kitchen's herb garden and a good sized main 'salle'. The fish is very fresh and you will find the exotic combined with local lake fish from just down the road. Excellent, light desserts made by a good chef patissier involving lovely chocolate and fresh fruit. Very good flavours, crisp and refreshing ingredients combined with a warm welcome and a thoughtful wine list - this restaurant is well worth a visit.

This is a very good Indian restaurant. The food is delicious. The wine was good. The tablecloths beautifully clean and starched. The service was very pleasant but slow. The restaurant was full - a good sign on a Sunday night. There were too few people serving at table which was a shame. If they had been faster taking the orders and bringing the drinks ( the guest ordered ones not the complimentary ones) it would have created a much better impression and customer experience. The food was very good however and we'd go back.

Among all sushi restaurant I've been, this wins the first place. The atmosphere is ok and the service was fast, but the real surprise was the sushi, just amazing! Plenty of different choices and some particular tastes (sea urchin for example), absolutely reccomended, I will come back.

The pizzas are delicious, the ingredients used are from the highest quality, the arlecchino is my favorite. If you are a pasta lover, you need to try their gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce, it is to die for.

This is a decent restaurant in otherwise not that attractive corner of France. While pricing reflects proximity of Switzerland and is much higher than what you would pay elsewhere in France, and the food is tasty but warmed up and not freshly made, they certainly make up with very friendly service and relaxed atmosphere.
Starters are delicious, main courses could benefit from being freshly prepared rather than warmed up.
Simple, relaxed family business in a tiny (20 covers) space.
We visited on our way to the French Alps, and enjoyed a quick and tasty if not quite exquisitely delicious dinner.

Nice restaurant in the middle of nowhere, near Geneva. This place is mostly know by locals in France, Gaillard area across the border from Geneva. Speciality is mostly cheese from the region and the Cheese Fondue and raclette are excellent and much better than in Geneva. Get the Cepe Fondue with typical mushroom and nice local White wine. Save some room for Deserts as they are to die for. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Price is very reasonable compared to Geneva. This place is apparently always full on weekends but we went there on a week day so the staff had much more time for us and although we were the last customers, they didn't pressure us to leave. One thing though to be aware of is that like all fondue places, your clothes might stink.

Gastronomique ... dazzle your senses ... Par Excellence! Savoir!
From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave your senses are challenged. The decor is impeccable in detail. The service staff is always there willing to take care of your every want. The menu offers you mystery. You order the "Surprise" and you are dazzled. Every course of the "Surprise" meal is worth the anticipation. And every part of the meal can and purchased individually and taken home. When I asked about the meat... which melted in my mouth... I was shown a chart of exactly where the meat came from and offered the ability to buy some and take it home with me.
All and all this dining experience was just that... An Experience Par Excellence! Merci Beaucoup, Michel Verdu!!! Trés Bien!

This restaurant is a gem. You will not imagine that there is a nice restaurant behind the front of this house. There is a very nice garden and pool and a patio where lunch was served. The pool is just for your eyes. I was looking for a restaurant with outdoor seats in this area and found this through Tripadvisor and all the good reviews, thanks to all contributors. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I came here for a family lunch and we were amazed. The food, filet de perche meunière and meat (boeuf du simmental) were cooked perfectly. The boeuf was so tender and just melted in my mouth. For dessert, the waiter suggested the soufflé d'abricot and although i was full i ordered by curiosity and it was so refreshing for this warm weather. A place i would definitely recommend for small or big gathering. The patio was so relaxing and you don't hear the neighbors talk, so plenty of space. We will try to go back for dinner for a relaxing evening.

Restaurant d une capacite de trente places Salle climatisee Cuisine francaise creativeProduits de saisonsLe chef demi finaliste du concours des meilleurs ouvriers de France et finaliste d autres concours internationaux
My third dinner here and the best to date. Much invention in the conception of the dishes, perfectly executed, seasonal. the stuffed zucchini flowers were very very tasty as was the asparagus medley with lobster. The tuna with scallop stuffing very fine indeed. The beef and quail dishes quite convincing; And before all this there are the amuse-bouches etc. Very good desserts. Small but well chosen wine list. the Sancerre white quite successful. Very attentive and efficient service and a modern aesthetic decor. All this in little old Annemasse, a town no one loves, but which is close to Geneva. if you are interested in excellent food, wine and service for 48 euros, please do not hesitate.

Tucked away off the main road in Ambilly, Le Temps De Vivre (Time to live) is a must visit if you are in the Geneva area. Of the 3 fixed priced menus the "Le Gout du Temps Passe" at 44€ is the best with a famous triple foie gras starter, beautiful beef main and local cheese selection. Sourced locally, the quality and tastes are superb but the whole menu, including wines is inexpensive. The Chef singlehandedly cooks every meal and will meet your exact tastes. If you have a broad and sophisticated palette this is the place to come - easy walking distance from the tram station at Frontiere Moillesulaz or a 30€ cab ride from town - it's worth it. Be warned bookings are usually required.
