Great cafe with superb service and well organised. We queued about 10 mins for a table. Cakes and custard tarts are yummy

I enjoy visiting this restaurant 4 to 6 times a year and is is always a great service and excellent food.
When I have foreign colleagues I bring then there and all were incredible surprised.
As soon you arrive they serve you excellent entries and, of course, a beer.
you can eat all the kinds of seafood you want all excellent or you can have a simple steak.
Aprox 15 min from Lisbon city centre by car/taxi.
Strongly suggest to visit with family, couple or alone.

No need for a Reservations, this little italian place hidden in a nook of a small office building/strip mall area is a great place to have a nice dinner, pizza's are good, pasta very good. Nice steaks too (having come here many time I have tasted them all...). Service is very friendly.

Just a ten minute from the center of Lisbon, the Restaurante Jacó offers visitors a unique opportunity to experience the flavours and atmosphere of Portugal. Family run, the Jacó is warm and welcoming, with nice service, providing guests with flavours they are unlikely to have come across before. Whether an intimate romantic meal, business lunch or dinner and drinks with friends, the Jacó offers the food, atmosphere and service to ensure a experience to remember.
not far from Belem, the Aquarium Vasco da Gama and Cultural Centre in Alges and the and other tourist atarcations you find a bit hidden away this truly good restaurant with traditional dishes and fine service and wines

This is one of my must-go restaurants when i'm in the Lisbon area. It's a family restaurant with a very good environment. You can try here almost everything worth tasting from the portuguese traditional cuisine when it relates to "tapas" (petiscos). It's also a must-go...MoreGrande Viegas! Obrigado pelo teu comentário! Landeau Chocolate is a hip coffee shop in Lisbon offering two different locations one in LX Factory a startup business location located in the Alcantara district away from the city center and another shop right in the heart of the Chiado District off Rua do Alecrim. The decor is barn casual. The LX factory being furnished with vintage furniture offering casual Seating. The vibe there is definitely chocolate and if you are a chocolate lover this is most definitely a place to go. Their chocolate cake made of three different layers of chocolate cake cooked differently is one of the fluffiest texture that you can put in your mouth, melting away on your palate leaving a wonderful bittersweet taste, perfect blend against all those over sugary chocolate cakes you find elsewhere. Their coffee is also very good and different roast and blend from other places. They also offer a wide selection of home made blended tea. Most definitely worth visiting. Quality wise it is one of the best tea coffee shops in Lisbon, price wise is unfortunately on the expensive side closer to any store in Paris, Milan, London or Frankfurt.

It was cheap, and the quality as well. I had a steak, which was very gooey and i got a butter knife, it was painful to cut it. As a garnish you get rice and fries as well, but thats all. It was packed mostly with tourist, but it's not a big place to be filled. I worked in gastronomy, so the server really annoyed me, trying to look extra busy and running around the place managing 5 tables in a really small place. It was a show for tourist, running like a maniac two steps to the table, throwing the mineral to the table then running back to do nothing, jut look busy.
I have to say the dessert was really nice, cooked custard with caramel and biscuit, but it was also annoying, that we had no choice, we had to take a dessert and time was given us to decide.
I won"t go back to this restaurant.

This is one of my selection places in south of Lisbon. It's a small traditional restaurant that serves many traditional dishes. The fish is always good but the steaks are also great. They serve good wine by the glass, like in the old traditional portuguese tabernas. They have several wine wooden barrels. You can taste and choose the wine directly from the barrel that better suits you and your dish. Book in advance.

A small restaurant outside the city center with fantastic food, divided between small Portuguese meals (tapas style) and classic full size dishes.
It's hard to find a restaurant with the food my old grandma used to make, mixing excellent food and old memories together.
Wine and service were both nice.
A must try for any foreigner wanting to explore real Portuguese dishes.
