Zandvort is to Amsterdam what Brighton is to London--a large seaside resort easily reached by train. It takes half an hour to get there from Central Station. It has a long sandy beach and, in common with the rest of the Netherlands coastline, an expanse of sandy dunes which serve to protect the low lying country from the sea. In the summer months, beach bars catering to all tastes line this beach. It is also the site of the Netherlands' most important car racing circuit.

The existence of this track I knew a long time. Luckily we managed to hit the track day. The impression amazing. The roar of engines, the smell of exhaust gases - what you might want more? All I need. I would definitely recommend.

for the other tourist, such as us, walking with our dog, looking for a beach to step in, this is perfect: many kilometers of relaxed walking. Sometimes very empty, sometimes crowded. With access to the (dog-allowed) beacht. This gives you all options to enjoy a day in the nature on or next to the beach.

Disappointing, the track is really small, it takes 25 seconds for one lap, the karts were breaking down all the time which is frustrating in the middle of a race and the staff weren't doing much to correct the flaws. DO NOT GO THERE!

It's not a very big casino but good for a night of fun. The food is very good. A bar and some nice music. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Hollands Casino when you are around.
