Tyroparc is an outdoor activity park, located in Ste Agathe-des-Monts, in the heart of the Laurentians, 50 minutes drive from Montréal, open since autumn 2014. Accessibility is very easy to the Park by exit 88 of Highway 15 North, we are 800 meters from the exit 88. The Park is open all year, operating activities of hebertism both in summer and winter. Tyroparc specializes in adventure, recreation and outdoor activities. The park is built on the extraordinary natural site of Mount Catherine. A magnificent horseshoe-shaped mountain, bordered by a majestic rock faces (Cape Beauséjour) and the North river. I went to the Santa Village Saturday morning, it's been over 10 years I haven't been since and I was turned off by its outdated appearance and staff. No innovation or renovations there. It was very over priced for what they offered. Adults and children payed full price of $18 per person offering no discount price for children. Worsted of all when the kids made there way up to see big old Santa I noticed that there Santa reeked with urine. I was appalled, thank heavens the children didn't notice that he smelled like a barn animal. It will be unfortunately my last time there to visit. Hopefully there will be a better replacement place to visit for Christmas time the next year.

It is a very nice place for an outdoor activity in family. Bring your back pack with a pic-nic and you will be addicted. It is very well marked, and there is some nice scenic spot. If you plan to go more than 2 times, you might consider get a season pass.

We had a wonderful ride with two other couples, stopping 3 nights along the way. The trail does have some surface defects, but is rideable on a road bike. Excellent toilet facilities frequently along the trail. A place to stop for food every 15-20 km. Great views and scenery. A definite highlight of all the bike trips I have been on.

Excellent place for scenic views on the way to Mont Tremblant. It's a 40 min cruise around the lake and a must do , if you are in the area. Pictures village nearby.

Hadn't been in a while but the place is still as much fun as I remembered it to be. The acoustic has been enhanced to suit more modern ears and it's surprisingly good with no echo or reverberations. This store has something for everyone. I found something I had been looking for everywhere. Beautiful gifts of all kinds, gourmet foods and baking to buy. A must see!

Lineups were short and there were hills for all skill levels; including moguls, jumps and in the woods. For this beginner, we stuck to the "green" level. The trails were nicely maintained. We took both the 4-person and 2-person chairlift with minimal wait and friendly staff.
We enjoyed lunch on the Terrace, cooked on the outside grill by a very sweet woman. There was music playing in many places, even on the chairlift.
There were plenty of hooks for coats and tables for those eating indoors. Renting a locker will cost you $3. The parking lot was empty when we arrived before opening, but packed by mid-day.
We will most definitely return! A lot fun! Small hill... but very comfortable and well kept.

The best place to be on a hot summer day. Bring your lunch and have a picnic at the tables that are set up for swimmers. Lifeguards on premises and park setting. Even if it is not hot, it is still enjoyable. The scenery is great.
