Seven of us had a private tour/meal at the Castle! We had the castle for three hours and a wonderful meal catered by Wallnuts. Jason was an excellent host and offered to split up the tour between courses of the meal. It was perfect! Would highly recommend if you're looking to do something a little different with your friends or family! Make it as classy as you want!

Government House

Now open to visitors, this was once home to lieutenant-governors of Canada's Northwest Territories.

The Radville Blooms took a tour of the Government House in the summer so that we could enjoy the beautiful landscaping. The floral displays inside and out were beautiful. The tour was very informative. We walked amongst many old and lovely treasures that made you want to reach out and touch them. Tea was served up in elaborate fashion. It was a learning experience in refinement. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and company.

RCMP Heritage Centre

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have been an integral part of Canada's historical and cultural landscape since 1873, helping to form and protect our great nation, and playing a significant role in creating the Canadian identity. Situated on the doorstep of RCMP Academy, "Depot" Division in Regina, Saskatchewan, where Mounties have trained since 1885, the RCMP Heritage Centre is appropriately located where the tradition begins. The Centre brings to life the incredible story of the RCMP and its role in the development of Canada using state of the art exhibits, multimedia technologies, and engaging programming and tours.

A great place to find all kinds of locally grown vegetables, fruits, meats, fresh baking, various crafts, even Sask wineries and alcohol products. There are food trucks, but not enough places to sit and eat unless your comfortable on the grass in the adjacent park. It's a fun, happening place. Sometimes there is night shopping during summer which often is accompanied with various musical groups. And FREE parking although there are never enough parking spots so you may need to walk a few blocks or drive around for a bit. The market is right downtown so in the centre of shops, restaurants, bars, and the library. Give it a try.

First of all, make sure your navigation system is taking you to the new stadium, not the hole in the ground (literally) of the old stadium. Parking is available for a fee, but at a distance (handicapped can park in the street for free). The stadium has roomy concourses and good sight lines for viewing the action. There is a large team store and plenty of concession stands. There is a small roof that might protect a few seats form rain or snow. It is a nice place to watch an event.

Regina Globe Theatre

Last night was my first trip to the venue. From the ticket booth to the usher, all the ladies were friendly and professional. There is truly not a bad seat in the house with their theatre in the round concept. Comfortable seats and good acoustics. A friend and I saw "Millionaire Quartet" last night and it was 2-1/2 hours of incredibleness! What a display of talent! I'm still in awe of what I witnessed last night and will carry that memory forever! Highly recommended as both a venue and with the current show!
