I recently took my PADI Rescue Diver Course with Scuba 6 and had the best experience!
The whole team were fantastic - great teachers and really fun to dive with! I was taken to some awesome dive sites and had excellent equipment that was very new and in great condition. Ginette especially has a big focus on Eco diving and reef conservation, and I was able to go out with them on a conservation dive to study lion fish which was a really unique and interesting experience for me!
A big thanks to Glenn for being a great instructor!
Hope to come back and dive with you again soon!

A ride on the Zipline Canopy Tour in Panama will be the highlight of your trip Bocas del Toro! This amazing Tour includes: 7 tree-based island ziplines, 13 elevated platforms, a 4 feature tree challenge comprising of a swaying suspended log-bridge, a traversable canopy net, and a series of other rope features. Isla Bastimentos is located 30 miles from Costa Rica and is the only zip line in Bocas del Toro. It is both exhilarating and very beautiful. The National Marine Park is listed as one of the most beautiful national parks in the world. See it from the top!
We've ziplined numerous times and this was the best experience we've had. Staying at Red Frog Beach Resort made it super easy as you walk down to reception to get all the gear. The guides, Carlos and Wilfred were funny, easy going and very patient. We had a large group and they made sure to make every person was singled out at one point to do something "silly" but all very safe. It's a long tour so you get your monies worth. ENJOY!!!!

Bastimentos Alive takes you into the beautiful jungle and to the tropical Beaches of Bastimentos. Check out our website for more details on our tours.
Great guided hike! We had a free day and asked our B&B how we could see the most of Bastimentos. Without hesitation they recommended Tom with Bastimentos Alive. Just a few dollars more than other hiking tours of the island but minutes into it we knew we made a great choice. We taste tested exotic local plants, learned about the history of the island, and really gained an appreciation for the unique place that is Isla Bastimentos. It was more than you could get from just being walked through a jungle and shown a beach. It felt local and very authentic. Bring water and wear shoes and have a great day!

This beach is crowded and felt "touristy" to me. The lounge chairs need to "rented" and the ocean was not swimmable as the undertow will overtake you. It felt more like Mexico than the Caribbean. Every hand was out wanting me to purchase something. We will skip this on our next trip and play out at Bluff Beach on Isla Colon. No crowds and a fee lounge chair for the price of a cocktail!

We took the 45 minute hike to Wizard beach, which cuts through Up In The Hill. It was great exercise and slippery at times. There were two policeman on the beach while we were there, providing security. The beach was nice, but there was a huge pile of trash. It sucks to see that in such a beautiful area. The currant was very strong, so we did not venture out very far. I have a 7 and 8 year old.

Polo Beach is worth the visit- beautiful and secluded! The water is gentle and clear but there is nothing to see in the water. There is no food available. You can hike to Polo Beach by following the trail through Villa 408 of the Red Frog Beach villas. The trail continues to the left. (Basically, parallel the water and you'll find the beach). There will be signs when you get closer. You can also hike from the Punta restaurant at Red Frog Beach along the beach the entire time if the surf is gentle enough- definitely check the tides so you don't caught!

I took a free class from Selina hostel and I can say it was the best thing of my stay there. Heather was an amazing teacher, knows perfectly what she does and she was correcting us when we did positions wrong. I take many yoga lessons back at home and she was above the level I am used to. I would suggest to offer more of her Yoga lessons.
