I really enjoyed long walks along the water front on Batumi Blvd. Whether it's early morning or late evening, it's always relaxing to watch fishermen, boats and other interesting attractions, or just sit on a bench and enjoy the blue seaview.
If you're walking from the old city towards the blvd, watch for crazy drivers when you're crossing Rustavelli Ave. Don't rely on street lights or Zebra crossing. Drivers in Batumi have no consideration for pedestrians.

South- West of Georgia has always been distinguished for its agriculture as well as folkloric and artistic history. The study of these ancient traditions played a great role in the decision of Kemal Turmanidze to make folk crafts museum. Which is situated at 3000 sq. m with appropriate infrastructure, greenery plantings and pedestrian paths in Batumi. The museum exhibits the following fields: Weaving, pottery, processing of metal, stone and trees. The process of working, the models, the working environment, weapons and inventory are shown separately according to the fields they belong to and all this is accompanied by the folkloric music. Residential, agricultural and buildings of defensive structures (scale 1:7.5; 1:10; 1:100). Agrarian farming – beekeeping, fruit-growing, agriculture and viticulture The models of cuts on trees made by Kemal Turmanidze. Here you can see 9 meters long artificial waterfall with forest valve and Sculptures where is foresee type of work, age and character. Museum is unique, because all the item is made by only one person.

if in Batumi you must see this very inventive moving (literally) sculpture.
It is fascinating to watch the figures move around and pass through each other - I sat there watching for around 30 minutes absolutely riveted.
Georgian sculpters Tamar Kvesitadze and Poata Samia are to be congratulated for their originality.

Astronomical clock equipped with special mechanisms is located on a building of unique architecture. Besides ordinary time, the clock gives the chance to find out some astronomical information, in particular: relative positions of the sun, moon, zodiacal constellations, and sometimes major planets. At the same time it indicates the meridian, horizon, time of sunrise and sunset.

Although the tables around the stage have a 50 lari as minimum charge but the waiter allowed us to sit for a coffee
Georgian people are so nice and welcoming.
