The Zdrojowy Park in Polanica Zdroj is entered in the register of monuments, a good culture. It is divided into 5 parts, of which the most representative is the Central Park of the main Promenade stretching from Water Pump Room "Great Pieniawa" to the obelisk of Adam Mickiewicz. It is overgrown primarily linden, maple, hornbeam, jarzęby, chestnut, ash.
The park is large and well kept with a good variety of interesting aspects, lovely place to wander around and while we were there there was singing in the open air theatre. Also at 22.00 there is the sound and light Fountain show which attracted quite a crowd and was good.

Nature at its finest. A flat top mountain, where large in size rock platform has carved maze inside, with all sorts of passages between fantastic rock formations, all on three levels. Access from Karłów (many car parks, all paid, filling up quickly in season) or from Pasterka (car park in forest, good for day stay, don't leave your car overnight - managers from the hut on Szczeliniec put up a warning, that car left there might be a subject of bulglary). From both mentioned villages path leads to the foot of Szczeliniec, than there's only one path to the hut on Szczeliniec, with superb views from about three viewing platforms. Surprisigly many people finish they trips here - maybe because top part of Szczeliniec is accessible with ticket only. Entrance behind the hut. The real labirynth starts from there. About an hour of walking on quite narrow paths between the rocks. Great views from many places. Viewing platform of Fotel Pradziada - highest peak on Szczeliniec, also highest in Góry Stołowe (Table Mountains). Way down on very steep metals stairs. Absolutely must see.

Zieleniec is a ski/snowboard resort in Lower Silesia, near Kłodzko
Zieleniec used to be a village on it's own, now is just a part of Duszniki-Zdrój town. The uppermost part. They say it's the biggest ski resort in Sudetes. Well, it probably is terms of ski-lifts numbers, possibly the number of skiiers to, although Czarna Góra is really following closely. But those downhills in Zieleniec although steep are rather short. Some of them had been extended over the road, involving a construction of expensive Bridges. That's the clear sign that skiing business is quite lucrative. There're still some tourists in Zieleniec in those non-white parts of the year - there's always one or two cable-cars going onto the Góry Bystrzyckie ridge, there's plenty of tourist trails, and there're fantastic views over Kotlina Kłodzka plain. And there're bigger chances of booking a hotel of your choice in summer, as they aren't so busy.

Located right at Poland/Czechia border - still on Polish side. Accessible by foot - some steep ascents on the way, it takes few hours to walk there. There is an option for cars available, with new big carpark (charge) at the footsteps of the labyrinth with some refreshments and hot food on sale. But because of the access road being very narrow there's one way traffic only, so every hour at an full hour all cars go one way, at half past the other direction is available. The entrance is situated at the south end of the labyrinth, with little kiosk selling entry tickets, and also maps, guide books and souvenirs. Round walk through Błędne Skały (Errant Rocks) takes about 40 minutes, and is wet and slippery in many places, with plenty of puddles, so waterresistant shoes are good idea. After negotiating all narrow passes and deep corridors you leave labyrinth at the north end, than walk back to the south entrance by new path bypassing massif from the west. Great views from the highest point, mainly towards Czech side.

Fantastic rock formations in the woods just south of Wambierzyce village. Different to rock labirynths of Błedne Skały or Szczeliniec, Grzyby offer many superbly shaped rocks spread over large area, but not joined together. Great network of trails between them allows to see the biggest rocks. Access on foot only. Part of Park Narodowy Gor Stołowych (Table Mountains National Park).
Large area in eastern part of Góry Stołowe National Park is called Skalne Grzyby (Stone Mushrooms) due to its fantastic rock formations, mainly in a shape of mushrooms, that dot many hectares of the forest. Different from much more popular Błędne Skały or Szczeliniec Wielki, as you only got single rocks here, and not rock labirynths. Popularity of the area increased, when Park authorities set out a network of trails, which allow tourists to admire most of the biggest rocks. We were enjoying Stone Mushrooms while walking on main long distance route, marked in red, called Główny Szlak Sudecki (longest in Polish part of Sudetes), and also all colours of trails used in Poland can be found there, but black. Nearest car parks are either in southern end of Wambierzyce village, but then there's fairly steep walk up to the level of the Skalne Grzyby, or there's a forest car park on Krzywa Droga, just off Droga Stu Zakrętów (One Hundred Turns Road), which links village of Radków with the town of Kudowa-Zdrój, which gives a longer but level path to the Stone Mushrooms.

Amazing National Park with Labyrynth like Mountains.
One of the most interesting places in Poland. A masterpiece of nature! Great place for the whole family, brilliant views, and delicious coffee to grab at the top. On the Sunday that we visited, there were very few people on the trail - best is Rock Mushrooms, the trail which leads from the foot of Szczeliniec Wielki to its gigantic rocks at the top.
Unfortunately fees must be paid, however reasonable amount.

I've been there due to car rally (Rajd Dolnośląski). One of the stages was organized in Jamrozowa Polana and I have to admit that it was great idea. Even I've been to Duszniki Zdrój few times in last few years, never heard about it before. For rally fans it was great event with various road surface, many places for visitors and great pictures. This place has big potential and for biathlon, running, rollers is for sure great as well.
