The Communal Palace (Palatul Comunal) was built between 1899-1903 by the architect Alexandru Savulescu. The building is serving as the Buzau city hall and it was built in Venetian architectural style, being also the city's symbol
It's not a monumental town, so I think this is the most interesting building around. It's worth visiting not because it's the main attraction, but also because it's a very peculiar one.

The Focul Viu spot is about 5x5 meters and 3-5 flames so real small.
The access to Terca is on unpaved road so be sure that you come with car with regular or high clearance and not a sports low car like Ferrari or Porsche :-)
Access during winter or rainy days may be difficult too due to the fact that the road is not paved so mud can develop quickly and in big volume.
The way to flames is not marked but when you cross the wooden pedestrian bridge you have to go left and after about 150 meters right up hill and continue for about only 10-15 minutes.
It is worth seeing but for sure you will not stay there long.

We were Lucky to find the lady and get a guided tour. She initiated us in many hidden symbols and habits of the life of local People. There are 2 rooms, one with the feminine view and the other with the masculine one. We could say that it's close to an etnographic museum. Come here only from Sapoca if you care about your car or do not own a 4x4.
