Three times in ten years and this chef-owned, family-operated gourmet restaurant has been an excellent choice for dinner. It is consistently very good with moments of gourmet excellence. The service staff is outstanding. The wine list is limited, but satisfying. Whenever I am within 10 km, I will be there unless my dear Dutch friends insist on a family meal.

The name "panorama" restaurant speaks for itself. You get not only coffee or diner but also beautiful view (at the backside of the restaurant). It's nice to sit at the Terrace when the weather is good. There is amount of fallow deer jumping around outside

The problem in these kinds of restaurants is what to choose, but the personnel is helpful and takes time to provide adequate information about the different dishes. Tasty Asian food, good teas to accompany the dishes. Reasonable prices.

Wanted some familiar comfort food, so we picked this pizza place. Nice location upstairs. Unpretentious and welcoming. Very reasonable prices. And the food was amazing. Best Caprese salad I have had to date. Husband's salad also excellent. We split the Quattro pizza, which turned out to be a thin, crispy flavor explosion. Normally not into dessert after pizza, but I saw panna cotta on the menu and knew it would be amazing based on our food so far. And it was...drenched in buttery caramel and accented with whipped cream. We ate every molecule. Love this place! Both of the gentlemen who served us were good-natured and helpful. Tip--we went early (5:30ish) and it wasn't crowded. Any later and you should reserve a table.

At O Mundo you can enjoy a delicious dinner in Wageningen. That's for sure. Our card full of modern classics is renewed every six weeks by chef Jonathan Veldhuizen. His dishes are creasted with the classical French cuisine in mind, but with (middle) eastern influences, none of the dishes is old fashioned or boring. Any allergies or other wishes can easily be reported when making the reservation. Besides our delicious à la carte dishes we are known for our seven course O Mundo menu. This special menu is full of creativity and exciting new dishes, designed by our kitchen brigade. For groups from 8 persons we serve only the menu, but of course we do take into account the wishes of you and your party.
We've had dinner at some different * restaurants, with very different results. This was definitely an amazing experience! Very nice combinations and great quality products. Very reasonable priced wines starting from 4,50 a glass till 9 a glass. Beside being reasonably priced, they serve the glasses very well. Multiple times i had my wine by glass of 10 euros with a little layer of wine! Definitely not the case here. So overall, the experience is more than satisfying and we will for sure come back here.

Same proprietor as the Michelin Starred O Mundo, but just a little bit more affordable but certainly too with an excellent kitchen, service and presentation. No flaws and one outstanding dish which was the oxtail. Must have been inspired by Spain, because we only ate it this good in Spain.

Complementing our three-course meal - starter, main and desert - Eetcafe H41 has a very nice selection of beers.
The food itself is very good. The main (pork stew) was a lovely dish, but the highlight was the Tiramisu desert. I've never cared for Tiramisu, but this one was definitely great.

It is not that easy to find a decent place to eat in Wageningen, the offer is not that great and sometimes the first impression from the outside makes you enter a place. In this casse I guess I should have looked a little further. Staff (students) is OK, but the menu is a bit simple and the food is not worth a detour. In my case even something simple as a satay consisted of a bland type of meat, lacking the typical peanut sauce (although that was supplied in a larger amountafter asking) and vegetabless from the supermarket. Maaybe what you pay is what you get, but still this restaurant does not earn a recommendation.

I was in Wageningen, NL for a few days on business. I walked into town looking for Thai or Chinese food and found this restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and reasonable prices. I enjoy spicy food and the two peppers rating was on point - just the right level of spice and taste.

The ice cream is tasty and there is plenty to choose, from fruit to milk base. Also the price is fair for the quality that your getting. I recommend this place for a nice ice cream.
