This family run restaurant is a cozy culinary trip to Emilia Romagna. The ambiance, the menu, the wine list, everything makes you feel being in Italy, even the Brazilian sommelier speaking fluent Italian. At the kitchen the chef Laura and his son Francesco produces traditional recipes from the region. It´s not ease to find but it´s worth the trip.

We were in the Campinas area, near Valinhos, and we were taken to lunch outdoors at the edge of the city. You'll see a bunch of bamboo trees --indeed Bambuzal means bamboo trees--and a lot of cars, and happy people exitiing. This was a very hopeful sign.
Inside the sumptuous setting you will find an eating experience unlike anything you've ever seen, And the best part is that all the dishes are prepared with special care ---the inside room with the incredible salads and appetizers (try the spicy green salad), then you come outside and the tender, succulent steaks coming off the grill, the clay pots of feijoada, chicken, pork dishes, pastas, empanadas, you name it --it is here. Some of my favorite dishes were the grilled chicken, roasted caulflower, and sliced roast beef. Where do you go wrong?
You take the blue slip of paper, they weigh your food. You order any drinks --including caipirihinas which I had and an ice cold glass of guarana, the national drink.
Then you really have to pace yourself for the dessert room. These aren't just gummy impersonal cakes ---you need to try homemade Brazilian desserts, and this from a country that cherishes sweets: a coconut meringue, a creamy dulce de leche, candied figs (you are in the capital of figs, enomous things too!), walnut cakes, etc. You can even try the gelato.
How can you ever pass up an experience here --especially on a weekend lunch/brunch. Come in hungry!

They did a good job on bring some innovations, with several sushis with fruits flavors, although the more traditionalists may hate them... The food is good, but services gets poor on peak hours.

Although they call it pizza bar and the pizza indeed is delicious, in fact we love their barbecue, always done in a carefull manner, good portions and reasonable prices. The draft beer (chopp) is very good and also the limited but good wine selection. It seems the real differential is the carefull and close watch from the owner, who monitors all details and supervise services, visiting clients at the table. Definitively a must go.

Cool draft-beer (lager and black), well served in a place to have a large selections of pizzas from the traditional mozzarella and margheritta to more sofisticated ones with funggi and buffala mozarella. Nice wine selection if you don't want to have a nice beer.

É bom o restaurante. Nada de espetacular, mas é um ambiente familiar e comida gostosa. Servido a quilo e com churrasco. É bem grande e acomoda muita gente.
