The idea of the place is really good. Colonial cofee show from early 20's. There is big choice of tea and cofee varieties. I fully agree with the opinions on Trip Advisor as regards the Owners (staff?). They dont have an idea about running restaurant/bar. We were there with my wife and we had very Good first impression so we stayed there. The coffe was really Good but then cake came. Apple cake with mehring was very poor but spicy mascarpone cake was tasty. As it has strange consistation and we were affraid what is inside (my wife is pregnant and can not eat e.g. Raw eggs which are Put to many cakes) we asked how They prepare it. The answer was that They can not tell us. It was very surprising as in any Good restaurant any waiter should tell You about the dish in order to mąkę You desiring the food. Many restaurants are puting detailed description of food in menu. We travell a lot and of we like something we even collecting receiptes e.g. For ideal pizza and limoncello from Italy (Enoteca, Sorento), patatas bravas (Spain, San Antoni Dear Mr. Colonge, San Antoni), and paps arugadas (Tenerife), and many many others places. We did not want to have receipt as You can find it in the Net most probably, we just wanted to know the way of preparation (as it was not cooked but cold done - You have most probably Raw eggs). It was a case in Jamie Olivier's restaurant about gluten free pasta (waiter informed the alergic Clients that it is gluten free) and it cost restaurant 1 million pounds. The Fat Owners in Ustka are to stupid to understand consequences which may flow from such behaviour.
We bought there vanilla and forgot to take it so we returned there but we were informed that They didnot find anything - strange of They clean the tables. So we treat it as it was stolen.
The most important is that most probably after this cake I was ill the whole night and next day (we were eating in Syrenka restaurant as well so there is not 100% were we were poisoned).
My reccomendation is to take cofee away or to avoid this place at all.
As I can see through other opinions it is not only my bad impression about the Owners.

The restaurant has three rooms, all for non-smokers. Seasonal candlelit garden is the perfect place for a romantic dinner. Every meeting with family, friends, co-workers organized in such a remarkable place will long remain in the memory of feasting. We approach every entry individually, simultaneously attach great importance to know the needs and expectations of our customers. We organize weddings, banquets, special events and dinners. In our card dominate Polish cuisine, but also you will find Mediterranean cuisine and Italian. Welcome to our restaurant for both culinary traditionalists and seekers of new flavors.
This is a first class restaurant, wonderful staff and wonderful food. We had a very attentive waiter who name was Rafal, his English was excellent and looked after us very well. This place has an extensive menu, you can find practically everything but the best thing is their seafood and fish.We were so impressed with it that we returned the very next day for more. This is certainly the best restaurant in Ustka and we will definately be going back.

The food here has always been great. During the summer the place is packed and hard to find a table during the normal peak times. The portions are on the smaller side and seem to leave you a bit hungry afterwards . The location is perfect , right in the heart of town with a close walk to the beach. The restaurant is very clean and seems to be kept up .

We were referred to this restaurant by a local business owner and booked a table of ten.
We arrived early and the staff scrambled to get us seated. The service was impeccable.
All orders arrived perfectly cooked and the presentation was fantastic.
Glasses were topped up as needed without asking.
Absolutely worth visiting!

We were staying in Ustka in August 2014 for a week and had dinners in Stara Pierogarnia a few times. The pierogis were very good and they have a lot to choose from. They also offer soups and meat entries. The tables are outside and inside but it can get crowded so something you need to wait for one. Neverhtheless, highly recommended.

What a delicious endeavour in the middle of busy Ustka old town. You'll sniff this place from afar and will be stripped from great culinary experience if you'll just pass by looking for better place to dine. Polite, well oriented and pro staff will handle your order quickly. Sit outside to enjoy this busy walkway smeared with brain-hypnotising smoking fish aromas. All served neat and attractive, fresh fish, great salad, amber'y wind from the sea and at the end sum to pay witch won't knock you off your feet. Really pleasant experience , great menu selection, fresh and yammy :) There are many attractive locations in Ustka but this one is defo my favourite.

The restaurant largely serves traditional Polish cuisine, but adds an original taste to it. The fish in particular is very good. The most traditional dishes not really the most interesting for a place like this. Slow food equals slow service. Nice ambience.

We have chosen this place for family lunch. Everything was excellent, waitress was very nice, food amazing. We have ordered 3 kinds of soup: two fish soup and one mushroom soup, one children menu (nuggets with fries) and one grilled salomon with fried rice with broccoli and green beens. Broccoli and green beens were covered with nice sauce based on butter and some spices which I was not able to identified, but it was amazing. We have also ordered mulled wine, which was perfect. Strongly recommend this place.

The place is located in a converted wharf (warehouse at river front), which has been re-decorated several times to its present, plush and very tasteful style. The menu includes traditional Polish seaside dishes, Polish inland dishes and a few items borrowed from other European countries. During the summer season, the temporary waiting personnel can be a bit rough, but during low season, the attention is better. The more important thing is that the food is very good.

It looks like an ordinary ice cream place and the inside is nothing superb, but the icecream was delicious. They have many choices and I think all of them are good. Highly recommended.
