Incredibly beautiful castle dating from the 1500's. We were here to try their cheese.
Beautiful setting, friendly staff and cozy karma.
Most famous for Karl XI married here May 6, 1680 by Ulrika Eleonora of Denmark.
We got to try different cheeses, some were not so good but the cheese was really good
Unfortunately, the weather was bad when we were here to visit

Kungsbygget is the coolest adventure of the summer! Summer toboggan is a fantastic experience for people of all ages. With the speed control you can slow down or speed up the luge, and you'll be a pro after just three rides! The course winds a full 935 metres through forest and open country. Whether you take a solo ride or ride with a friend, you'll be thrilled by this fantastic outdoor experience. Zipline is suitable for those looking for a high-speed experience, and for groups of friends or family wanting to experience something different together. With a drop of 70 metres and a 740-metre line, you'll fly down the beautiful Hallandsås ridge with a fantastic view of Halland. A really cool activity that'll get your adrenalin pumping!

A small fall ideal for a short walk, and maybe a swim during summer. You should stop if it is on your way, but you should not drive long to get there.

It was an interesting look around this little free museum. In the downstairs, there is a little place where you can experiment with your own drawing and a small exhibit of locally produced ceramics. Worth a quick visit if you are in Laholm!

A wonderful museum if you're a fan of Birgit Nilsson, also if you're not. It is a lovely museum telling the story of La Divina. It is a great place to go when you need to see something else than the Beaches of the area. Can only recommend the place. Combine it with a visit to the cemetary where Birgit Nilsson is buried. Place a flower (red rose) on her grave and sit a while in the church, where she used to sing.
