Hazara falls 191 km from nagpur. 33 km from NH 6 NEAR Darekasa Railway station. Good to visit in monsoon. Adventure sports activities are there. No tea stall and breakfast. U must take dabbe from home. And good place for one day picnic with dabba party. You are not allowed to go inside water. Rope sliding in front of falls is thrilling sport. Jungle safari walking is also good.

A surprisingly refreshing treat! There are 2 caves here but we went to the lower cave only. Though the stench was strong yet the experience was memorable. Cave has a stalactite hanging down almost 10 ft above the floor bed. If going by car you need to be an expert driver as they have laid out only single track cement road and if god forbid, any car comes down from the other side, you have no alternative but to go back on reverse which is next to impossible task as the way up is in zig zag formation. Best way is to walk your way up amidst the jungle and enjoy the lush greens around. Caves remain open through out the year but the best time is to go in winters or after the rain gets over, its a jungle and all sorts of crawling beings will be on the prawl. Not a place for picnic/old people/ infants and most of times its deserted as well. Best time is before 5 in the evening and dont stay back after dark.

Place is little far from Gondia city. Many birds were there around water body, wooden boats were available for boating but without any safety gears. A small zoo also there. place is suitable for group picnic for locals.
Just Ok experience.

Dam is really very beautifully built with surrounding Forests!! It has really a wide view of whole Reservoir! We have enjoyed our picnic near DAM. It is situated around 82 km from Gondia district and just 17 km from Navegaon Dam! Roads are in good condition to reach itiadoh dam. Don't miss to take drinking waters with you for picnic.
