Blue Myth Restaurant is all about service great dining and Our "GREEK NIGHTS" that have been a part of Mykonos Tradition for years! It is the one restaurant on the beach of Platis Yialos where you can enjoy a tradional Greek Dinner, try one of International specalities,or maybe a cocktail while enjoying the fantastic view of Platis Yialos beach. Every Wednesday Sunday and Friday dance the night away At Greek Night, it is an experience you will never forget!
A beautiful location and a reasonable menu but sadly as we are here in shoulder season a lot of menu items were unavailable. Last night no seafood of any kind was on offer. We opted for the pizza which was okay. Food and drinks are Mykonos prices eg an Aperol Spritz was 14 euros add a glass of house white wine was 5 euros. Their carbonara was lovely. Breakfast pretty good and they have a barista to make your cappuccino.

The place is well located and got a great sea view, overlooking a beautiful and secluded beach at Agios Sostis.
We ordered a couple of large salads to share between 6 as a starter then ordered something from the BBQ. The salads were gorgeous with lovely combinations; spinach and fig, spicy lentils, beetroot and apple - all interesting.
The owners are very friendly and the service was excellent.

Highly recommended by our hotel and how right they were ! Fantastic food and excellent service. Very reasonably priced considering where it is on one of the more pretentious Beaches in Mykonos. Great calamari and sardines ! Sadly the beach has been spoilt but Avli is well worth making a special trip for – truly outstanding !

Went here for lunch earlier in the week - really liked it, so came back for dinner this eve. Warm welcome! Ordered tzatsiki to share as starter, then as a vegetarian I had the Passion Salad and fiancé had sardines. Food was stunning! Beautifully presented, lovely flavours and generous portions. Regularly attentive, friendly service throughout - without being intrusive. Steady trade - not packed for a Fri eve, but enough of a buzz - and included others who had been before ... always a good sign! Had a carafe of house white wine, finance had a carafe of house red - both good. Coffee to finish, with complimentary shots. Would highly recommend, based on this experience.

Had the grilled octopus (appetizer, 12 euros) and sea bass (500g, 31 euros) while gazing at the fishing boat at the port for lunch. Both were excellent. Sea bass was amongst the best I've had. Simple cooking but with the quality of the products, the view and the vibe of the place you're in for a good experience. Not cheap but but far cheaper and a step up in quality then other places I experienced in Mykonos (i.e Caprice restaurant). Staff was friendly. They let me seat by myself near a window and charge my IPhone.

Amazing fresh food, gorgeous location with views right over the beach. Close to the beach sun lounges, easy to pop in for lunch without having to bring everything with you. Spacious, great service. One of our favorites, can't wait to go back!

We went to the restaurant after an afternoon at Agia Anna beach.
The Terrace offers a wonderful view over the bay.
We ordered several starters (scallops, squids, octopus,…) and they were all absolutely delicious! The main courses were also really stunting! The chef really knows his job. Congratulation.
The service and the whole experience were awesome. Very friendly with a lot of attention to detail.
This restaurant is a true local gem on the island and deserve to be visited.
Many thanks again to the crew and congratulations.

The first thing we noticed here was the amazing view, it is breath-taking to say the least. You cannot beat the restaurant overlooking the Agean during the summer. Down side, it does get very windy and even chilly at times so come prepared with a light wind breaker. Being a sushi lover my expectations, given all the perfect reviews and the view itself, were quite high. The presentation of the sushi was immaculate and the work that was put in by the chef and his staff becomes apparent as you course through the experience. In our case, we tried the Omakase. Still, having frequented Sushi Seki in NYC and Nobu in LA and Malibu, the quality, freshness and taste of the food was good but not great. The wasabi was interesting and fresh, however compared to other locations. One thing we appreciated was the chef's one on one conversations with us; he took the time to talk to us and explain how to enjoy each course and what the inspiration behind creating it was. He also extended his personal chop sticks to us, which at the least was a kind gesture. Lastly, the staff are all very kind and personable. At the end of the day, I would still recommend the experience as it is worthwile.
