The pontoons facing the lake and the lake itself are nice, relaxing and conforting. It is a great place to swim - the water was very nice.
As it is the biggest lake it may get a bit crowded. The entrances, unless you are housed there, is around 4 euro/day.

Vogelpark Turnersee is heavily trailed in the promotional literature around the Klopeiner See region. It is a bird zoo mostly featuring parrots of various types as well as a couple of larger enclosures and a petting zoo. It is located down what is not much more than a single track path in Sankt Primus and up a small hill. Parking seems to be ample.
The cost of entry is €9.50. This seems a little steep given what is on offer. A series of cages with birds in it are really only troubling rather than enjoyable. Some of the birds seem quite aggressive, biting and clawing at the cage front. This is probably a sign of stress relating to their enclosure. A lot of birds seem to just be hanging around without anything to do and that doesn't make this attraction feel wonderous.
By far the best of the birds are the two blue parrots who have somewhat free roam. They walk around the side of the peacock enclosure and at least one of them can say "Hallo". They're a nice attraction.
The larger enclosures contain birds of somewhat more menacing appearance. They have a b it more space but they are generally not birds of free flying species. The largest enclosure seems to be reserved for an emu. Hearing an emu growl is a fascinating experience.
The emu is located opposite a relatively large cage with some kind of small eagle as well as other birds. Seeing that particular bird charge against the cage wasn't especially edifying.
Vogelpark Turnersee also contains a petting zoo. The petting zoo includes a couple of shetland ponies, a few goats, and a somewhat bemused looking alpaca. It is an ok petting zoo, not great but not bad.
The children's play area is perfectly reasonable. Some of it will not be usuable in the heat of the summer sun but there are a few different ways for kids to entertain themselves.
Overall, Vogelpark Turnersee just seems cheap. It isn't in terms of entry price and some kids will enjoy it but there isn't really much to retain interest over a longer period of time.

Wildensteiner Wasserfall is a less advertised part of the South Carinthian environment but is a nice little trek to see a fairly impressive free falling waterfall. It is quite hard to get to. The start of the trek requires a drive just west of the small town of Gallizien and then up a track just wide enough for two vehicles. The signposted route from the Klopeiner See takes a driver through a narrow track in a forest rather which is nice to look at but better would be the main roads. Parking is ample at the base of the mountain.
The mountain itself is impressive. The waterfall is about half way up. The trek is very well laid out and has sure footing thanks to the stony gravel. In the heat of the summer sun, the trek could get quite hot. It is advertised as taking 20 minutes and that could be considered an average. Those without the need to carry small children could probably do it quicker.
There are a couple of benches en route for those who want to rest. The views from each are ok. There are atmospheric views to be had of the mountain especially when the mist hovers below the summit. The mountain seems to be home to a few nice little birds which are not too shy to make themselves seen.
The waterfall itself is fairly impressive. The thundering sound it makes can be heard quite a way off which builds anticipation. The viewing platform is a little far away to really get the feel of being next to the waterfall and there isn't an angle to see the water continuing on to gush down the mountain.
The waterfall is only part of the mountain and some will want to trek up to the Hoch Obir.
At the base is a restaurant and a handicrafts museum.
The low degree of difficulty makes the Wildensteiner Wasserfall a reasonable excursion for most though in reality it would be hard to push someone up whether that by by buggy or wheelchair. Carrying a small child was difficult enough but pushing uphill through the stones would be a bit much. For everyone else, it is a worthwhile encounter.

Galerie is better known in Vienna and in the world of artists than in Voelkermarkt / Velikovec. Village is not an important tourist spot and it is difficult to find cultural attractions. This gallery is one of them. Owner prepares Exhibitions of important national and international artists. Gallery seems to be small when you enter but they have bigger hall at the backyard. Visit the place if you are near.

View the world from high above the treetops, crawl through the underground fox hole or get lost in the giant labyrinth. Our over 20.000 m² theme park will take your breath away with it's 500 meter long treetop trail, hanging Bridges, giant slides, mini-zoo and more. All of this and much more is awaits you in the Walderlebniswelt.
A lot of different activities at several stations: balancing, climbing, pet zoo, etc. It's also accessible for young children (3+), depending on their physical abilities. The park is a great activity im this area at a moderate price. I'd recommend going there, especially with children.
