We was staying 10 minutes from this restaurant and it's been the best vegetarian food I've had in all the places I've visited in Croatia which has been a lot!
The veggie lasagna is lovely!!
I recommend the house white wine and it doesn't give you a hangover because it's locally made and doesn't have any chemicals added.
The place is cosy inside, id recommend sitting in the ship like bit of you want to be inside, or outside is lovely too.
I found all the staff very friendly and the place has a great atmosphere.
Our last visit last night, some locals came and sang and played some songs, which was nice.
I'd highly recommend this place.
You may need to book as it gets busy !

At our last night in Kastel Kambevolac, we decided to eat at Odmor, because of the good recommendations in TripAdvisor.
A very popular place and only with free tavles inside (lightly airconditioned). The waiters were very friendly and serviceminded. Our food and redwine (a local Zinfandel) were very nice and the price is also ok...but when the time to pay came...they do not accept creditcard...only cash!
So if you want my last Star for your restaurant?...get an agreement and start accepting creditcard.

We took a day trip from Italy to Croatia and found this restaurant in Kastel. We were greater by Adele (owner), and were promptly seated. Adele speaks excellent English. We both ordered the schnitzel and wurst with beer and wine. Most excellent! We had two full meals, adult beverages and a loaf of bread for €23!

Not fast food as we generally know it!. They have a good selection of reasonably priced, freshly cooked meals/snacks using home made ingredients with a wide selection, which can be either a 'take-away' or eaten on tables at the front of the building. The owners, Ljljla and Tomislav , are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is close to a supermarket and bus stops in Kastel Gomilica. My wife and I were frequent visitors during our week in the village and on each occasion the food was delicious. Local villagers are frequent customers also.

I spotted this restaurant from the bus on the way to Split ...it was described as authentic cuisine and I wanted to try something different. The menu is extensive but some of the meat dishes/ casseroles need to be ordered in advance ( can't remember if it was 24 hours) so we opted for the pizza....which took over an hour to be served! Compared with other restaurants that we ate at this was expensive especially as the position is next to a main road! The pizzas were tasty....as we're all the pizzas that we ate on holiday !

Lets call it an average pizza.. Location easily accessable just by the road with free parking for guests. Service was pretty fast and prices are cheaper than anywhere in Split or Trogir. If youre looking for some not specific place to have a lunch you might be fine with this.

We liked the new place in Kastela. It was maybe a bit too hectic and tables are close to each other. But pizza was very tasty and there were various burgers in menu that sounded good. Prices are good, too.
