Pargas (Finnish: Parainen) (Finnish: Länsi-Turunmaa and Swedish: Väståboland in 2009–2011) is a municipality of Finland, in the Archipelago Sea. The big limestone mine in Pargas is the base of the main industry, while there are still significant rural areas. Except for the central parts of Pargas, the municipality is mostly rural.

Homemade cakes and muffins. Has a very good lunchselection on weekdays. Feels like an old café in a good way.

This is a shop selling mainly salmon and there are a few tables for lunch. The quality of the food is really excellent and very reasonably priced. For around 12 euros you can get a wonderfully fresh salmon salad or salmon with potatoes and vegetables. The price includes a salad/bread starter and a coffee/tea after the meal. They also do portions for children and sell salmon rolls for E3.50. Parainen is on the archipelago route so it could be useful to stop here for a meal or buy food for a picnic.

We are located in the heart of the beautiful finnish Archipelago. Sattmark is a popular place for stopping over for a coffee, snack or lunch. Easy access via Archipelago route by car, boat or even bicycle. Sattmark kaffe&safka is a place worth visiting in Turku archipelago. During the high season we are open daily 10 am – 7 pm. The kitchen is open 12 am - 6 pm. Off season we are open on the weekends.
We spent Juhannus (midsummer) eve at this cafe/restaurant. It is good to visit here to see Swedish/Finnish traditions such as the raising of the Juhannussalko (maypole) and traditional dancing to a band. The cafe is beautifully located amongst hiking trails of various lengths and near to a small, picturesque harbour. The quality of the food and drink is really good and there is a small shop selling traditional goods. This is on the archipelago route so a good place to stop off for a meal or snack. There are tables outside but if the weather is bad there is an indoor coffee shop or a Terrace with umbrellas.

Kamu is well located both from the visiting port and the center of the small town of Parainen (Pargas). We visited in purpose, as my guest was to choose from a few alternatives from the extended Parainen community including Korppoo, Nauvo and the "real" Parainen. We both had their fish of the day, which was perch. And a well prepared, nice dish it was. The small salad buffet is a nice extra for dinner time also.
In addition to the dinner carte, Kamu serves a daily lunch and they also have a pizza place in their separate "Råttis" building next to the actual restaurant.

This little coffee shop has home made cakes and excellant drinks, not only coffee. Lovely athmosphare, especially in the summer time, you can sit outside. Unfortunately I do not know if staff speaks other languages than finnish and swedish. I think that its only open in summer times.
They cheesecake is one of the best.
