Located opposite the main plaza in Jerez, this restaurant, located in a hotel with the same name, accommodated ten of us for a late lunch on a rainy day. We were a mix of Mexicans, Americans and Canadians, and we all enjoyed the food and the service in a pretty atmosphere. A wide variety of Mexican food was on the menu. The tortilla soup and the tacos were excellent and large portions.. And the prices were extremely reasonable.

Delicioso pozole rojo con porciones generosas. El sope no tan bueno. La masa estaba un poco dulce. Muy colorido el lugar pero está en un esquina donde pasan puchos carros y huele mucho a smog. No vayan los domingos por la tarde. Pero si recomendable.

So, we found this little place through friends, and may I say we were delighted. The coffee is really good and coming here is quite an experience.
The people that workd here knows a lot (like really A LOT) about coffee; from it's tracking to all the kinds of brewing. They even have the cold tower coffee, a cold brewing method that takes about 8 hours to have the perfect cup of coffee. This was great for me cause I have gastrytis and this method takes away the acid of the coffee.
They also have some other beverages, not like the comercial teas or drinks, more like really well thought beverages.
One thing I liked is that I not only tasted good things, but also learnt about coffee more than if I went to other coffee shops. It is my fave place in the little town of Jerez.

Es un restaurante de mariscos con platillos variados, además ofrecen ensaladas con pollo y carne. Tienen platillos pequeños y económicos para niños. El servicio es bueno y el restaurante siempre esta limpio. En general lo considero el mejor lugar para comer mariscos de la ciudad. Me encanta.

The restaurant has a relatively comprehensive menu, the recommended specials are average / decent in quality.
Don't recommend the burrito which was filled with presumably left over chicken, microwaved frijoles and rice, some questionable lettuce and some cheese, no avicado although it says so on the menu.
