My, how this Cathedral suffered in WW2. I suppose it was lucky to escape full demolition from the US blanket aerial bombardment in 1944 and the principal part remains. Inside are photos and exhibits of medieval carvings which it was not possible to incorporate into the rebuilding. It is still serene and grandiose and well worth a visit.

If you like horses then this is a must-visit place. You can look around the visitor centre free of charge and see old carriages, tack and equine paraphernalia, but the hour-long guided tour (for just 6 euros) is great value. The buildings are historic and still all used for their original purposes. The guided tours are in French and broken, but ever-so-friendly, English and it's all very unhurried, charming and laid back. Really....do not miss this!

As we walked around the old town walls we reflected back 70+ years and the remarkable transformation from the destruction that occurred as the allies fought to free the town from occupation, to todays modern townscape. Look around large swathes of the town is (relatively) new, and if you stop off at the church you'll see why. The walk is pleasant, the history, and not just during WW2, is remarkable.

Voilà un bar sans prétention (mais qui peut en avoir), à l'écart des rues passantes, pas collé au cinéma ni aux restaurants mais qui mérite d'être conseillé.
Un service parfait, un choix de boissons très riche, des cocktails avec ou sans alcool qui montre que le patron cherche à satisfaire sa clientèle ... tout est bien.

Excellent accueil . La famille a beaucoup apprécié l'activité kart. Le propriétaire donne de très bon conseils et explique bien le déroulement de l'activité.

Petit bar sympathique. Le (jeune) patron vous propose bières cocktails et shooters dans une ambiance friendly. Côté musique rock et reggae sont à l'honneur.
