La Cala S'Alguer

A very athetic bay and it should stay teh way it is and be overcrowded with tourist and certainly not changed by new buildings. When we were there they were shoout a commercial for the Argentine Television so we couldn't get down to the bay itself, but even from the side above it is very idyllic.

The Beaches in this area are lovely. I visited Cala Castell more and found this to be very nice and family friendly.

Very well designed and layout. We both found it interesting, informative, and enjoyable. Spent the best part of an hour there and the staff were excellent and making sure the intro video was shown in English for us.

North of Cala Castell, there is a cyclable dirt way parallel to the Camino de Ronda which allows you to mvoe a lot faster and reach the nice coves like Cala Estreta. Start is about 700 m before the beach.

Espai del Peix

Reviewed By Make2 - Barcelona, Spain

This is a restaurant inside of the fish museum in Palamos, right at the fishing harbour. It's not a normal restaurant as it has an open kitchen, and the idea is to show you what kind of fishes they get from the waters around Palamos, and cook them for you.
So you arrive and, after a short video, you sit on your table and the cooks explain to you (in catalan and spanish, not sure about other languages) what dishes they have selected and how they are cooking them. There are usually 5 different dishes, as I say cooked in front of you, and a lot of explanation about fishermen lives and so on.
The food is delicious and the space is really nice. Highly recommended experience. The only but is that we went with our kids, 4 and 7 years old, and the kind of food they do is not for them (7 years old ate 3 dishes, 4 year old 1 dish)
Adults, we finished super full and happy about the experience

Bell-Lloc Winery

Morning tour and lunch. We were a group of four, booked for a morning tour with lunch. We took the winery tour with a mixed group, the guide spoke Spanish and English and was very good, and he took his time, explained everything, and answered all our questions. The wine tasting at the end was very nice, you could try different whites, sparkling and reds. The lunch was great, very good service, just the 4 of us on the lovely Terrace with great views, very nice food and wine.
