Every year there is a parade in London on the Queen's birthday and Fog wants to see it very much. But every time he comes to London the Queen says to the General, "We cannot have the parade today because it is foggy."
And the General orders, "Cancel the parade!"
Fog feels sad and he goes back to Wales where his home is. He lives there in the Mountains.
Now, at Buckingham Palace, under the Queen's chair, lives a cat, Smokey. She feels sorry for Fog and wants to help him. Next year, just before the Queen's birthday, she writes a letter to Fog.

Nice Panorama of Zhiguli Gate - place, where Volga river runs between 2 Mountains. Take the bus 1 or 50 from the Main Train Station (far stop near the tram rails). Just 500m feet walk in the direction of bus from the stop "Upravlenchesky Tsentralny", and you at the place "Vertolyotka" ("Observation point "Helicopter runway"). You can be more lucky with the bus 1k (1short), which drives you exactly from the station to the place (unfortunately, this bus schedule not so often).

Great example of Stalins time architecture. Bigest square complex in Europe and a nice place to take photos! Very interesting experience! Strongly recommend to visit. It is quite near in 5 minutes walk from the Drama theater - one of the symbols of Samara.

We had an absolutely fantastic tour of the bunker. Our guide was absolutely incredible. He really recreated the time period and was able to engage us in the idea of the bunker and the time period in a real way. It's not an obvious to find (Stalin's planners clearly did a great job), save for a sign or two around the area. Loved the red strobe lights/alarms that went off to recreate the feeling of an emergency as you go into the bunker. The video at the end was very powerful. You really felt the urgency of World War II and the idea that the men that you saw marching off may not be returning to the people that love them. (tour in Russian)

The pavilion of more than 1000 m2: interactive exhibits, optical illusions, amazing musical instruments, the mysterious mirror, the room with the broken gravity, intricate mazes, unexpected photo zone and much more. You’ll feel a dwarf and a giant, learn to play the water pipes, play on the strings of invisible harps, create your own world.
Были тут семьей с детьми. Честно думала так себе, но очень понравилось. Впечатлений масса, дети в восторге от зеркал. Думаю обязательно придем еще раз

Worth a visit and photos, but no background info provided. Study before visiting if you are interested in Russian Revolution history. Nearby are parks and a great view of the Volga River, the brewery area and a monastery. Close to Balkan Grill and Kuybyshev Square. Tram line (#20, #5) is about 3 blocks away.

The theater begins ... With a history.
In our theater, a symphony of Shostakovich was first performed.
Now the theater is a special place. The interior resembles the famous La Scala. Professional and interesting Performances, great opera and ballet troupe and symphony orchestra.
Truly Samara Opera House, one of the visiting cards of the city.
