Excellent place to see the water springing up from the land. It flows like a small stream. Many tourists collect fresh water from the spring for drinking. Ultra clean environment and ultra clean water are the attractions of the site . One should see the place to.understand the spring phenomena.

Aso Farm Land is a large resort dedicated to health and nature. The resort has a hotel, restaurants, health spas, public baths (onsen), shops and convenient stores. Visitors can stay at the hotel’s rooms that are shaped like round domes. There are also Playgrounds for children.
There are many shops selling health products like herbal teas, vinegar, milk soaps and healthy snacks.
After visiting the shops, we went to a 140-year old building that served spit-roasted meals (takamori dengaku).
Dengaku is a local specialty. The food items are covered with a layer of miso and heated by burning coal. We sat on cushions looking at our food and smelling the nice aroma while waiting for the food to be cooked. The items were delicious especially the tofu and the sweet sauce.

It was a surprise!
As we are a tourist that just dropped by the place and take a look without too much expectation, the founder showed up and explained us how he started it 15 years ago...and showed us his works and his " invention" the blue bee!!
Wonderful experience!

Riding around Aso is always fantastic for the roads and views. Kenny road (you can google "green road" or "グリーンロード南阿蘇 展望所") was probably a fantastic road before the earthquake, mudslides, etc. in Kumamoto. My friend and I traveled on it August, 2017, and it's a wonderful road for views. However, for motorcyclists, there's some overgrown, overhanging bush on some corners and on the road which narrows the road and hampers vision. There are also some weeds coming up through small cracks in the asphalt, which make things a bit less fun. So many other roads need to be repaired in the area right now, so I guess it will take a bit more time to do some upkeep on this road. If you're riding in the area, by all means, go find Kenny Road and take some photos. However, if you're short on time, enjoy the milk road.
