This was our first trip to St Maarten and went to Jewels and Linen twice. They have a very helpful and friendly staff and have a nice selection of liquors and gifts. Anil knows his stuff and is quite good at recommending the right item.

Stopped in because of the reviews I had seen about this place, and I was not disappointed. Ravi was a great salesman, makes you feel like old friends in 5 minutes. Great quality, for a good price. If you find it cheaper it may not be real..... some of the places I was told have been know to put in fake diamonds, so be aware. JN has a great selection, you are bound to find something that will make your wife beam with pride.

We visited in March 2018, and in spite of the devastation across the island including the vicinity surrounding Maho Beach (a.k.a. Airport Beach), this is a fantastic place to spend a half day. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and there was plenty of sand for the number of tourists present... The water is beautiful... The crashing waves offer nonstop fun... Taking pictures with airplanes overhead makes for truly great "Kodak moments" and there's a restaurant & bar just steps away to satisfy your cravings. We only stayed an hour, but the entire family wants to return soon!

We were there this past June, so I'm not sure of the current conditions of the Sunset Bar and Grill. I understand it took quite a hit from Maria. However, when we were there umbrellas and lounge chairs were abundant. Food and drink was plentiful. It did rain for a spell while we were there and we had to seek shelter inside. Although it was crowded with everyone under roof, it was not uncomfortable. Restrooms were clean also. Good spot. Hope they have made it back.

Great bar with decent drink prices for a resort town. Norbert Kovacs was the pianist/singer when we went. He was a blast! He had a great songbook, but would play lots of other things too. He'll also let you sing along. The bartenders were fun and offered solid service. Definitely drop in and check it out.

My wife and I walked in off the street to find honest and caring Nash and Sunny who showed us various pieces of Jewlery. My wife wasn't sure what she wanted but they took their time to explain every piece from chocolate diamond rings, to rubies, to men's watches, then to necklaces. We were given the opportunity to shop their prices with other local Jewlers ..in Philipsburg... no one could compete. We aren't novices in buying Jewlery and highly recommend Nash and his staff!!!

Lovely spa in the heart of bustling Maho. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facility is clean and tranquil. The showers could use some attention -- clean shower heads, replace light bulbs, refill shower gel dispensers. Overall a nice facility with good services.

Admittedly, I didn't expect to find good sushi on a Caribbean island. I was completely wrong. Bamboo Bernies is located in trendy Maho, and while on the pricier side, delivers creative, fresh, delicious sushi and other traditional Japanese favorites. The atmosphere was festive, and the wait staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend.

I heard about this tour by the hotel, I checked their website and we booked for the free pub crawl by night with 2 friends.
We met Francois by the casino Royal at Maho around 9pm. We start the free tour with the 3 amigos bar, then the skybeach wich is a rooftop beach and lounge with house music (different than the first one wich had dancewall/rap us music).
Around 11pm we took a taxi to go to simpson bay to enjoy the rest of the night. I don't remember the name of the bar (may be cause I enjoyed the cocktails a lot..).
The party done with a night club very knew by local people.
We spent a wonderful night, Francois was a funny guy with a lot of crazy story. Hanging out with a St Maarten resident was the best way to enjoy the island atmosphere. We met a lot of people!
Finally we came back at the hotel by a taxi called buy our guide. We gave him some tips to thank him. We really recommended this tour!!

The friendly woman working there did an amazing demo of the vine vera skincare line & I loved it. I ended up buying two different face moisturizers & an eye cream. I absolutely love the products!
I also tried one of the tens machines & ended up buying it for my Dad as a birthday gift. He uses it all the time & says it works wonders on his aches & pains.
Highly recommend this hidden gem of a store in Maho Village. After seeing the aircraft takeoff/land at the beach, stop by Hidden Elements & check them out. You won't be disappointed.
