Usual bridge, not well made. The main purpose of a bridge is to provide a safe and comfortable way. Although, this bridge is wavy, uncomfortable, makes all the car and passengers shake like a airplane strong turbulence.

After walking 10 kms thru very beautiful and lonely Beaches, we reached the 'Farol of Santa Marta' and its town (for fishermen and vacationers).
(It can also be reached by a road (14 kms), after taking a Balsa from Laguna).
Nice town with a Lighthouse in a prominent Peninsula, with beautifful and tranquil Beaches.
Also good food, if you like seafood (crabs and camaraos')

Nice church but the condition of the paintwork on the outside could be much better (like many older places here in Laguna) In my honest opinion, the government should do much more on preservation, for the next generation(s)

The landscape around the rock is amazing. You are sure to get some amazing pictures here. Just beware there were many mosquitos when we went in November.

the strip of sand is very broad and the beach is huge so it is never crowded. You can rent beach chairs and sunshades, and there are lifeguards all along. The wind can get nasty at times.

We went in the late afternoon in the south and by the end we had a beautiful day. You have vision eastern (ocean) and Western Historical Center. Portuguese immigrants departed this region to colonize other regions including what is now the state capital of Rio Grande do Sul
We all thought that the city should take better care of access to the site as it is with the bad pavement and cleaning of the gazebo.
There is an abandoned lookout restaurant. Was an Argentine owner according to residents. He closed for lack of business. Definitely a great tourism potential but forgotten by the city. Worth knowing.
