This architectural creation makes Jelgava beautiful and gives it special character. It is pedestrian bridge, you won't have trouble crossing it on feet, by bicycle or buggy. There is a nice view overlooking the river. You will see nice Fountain and boats parked in the water. Nearby you will find a cafe and you can go for a walk on the island afterwards. Nothing significant, but nice piece of architecture.

It is a huge palace, the biggest barogue palace in the Baltic states as I remember. Somewhere in a bad condition, needs some renovation, but some party are newly renovated. Inside, there is a university, you can walk around. There is also a small museum inside, the lady there can tell you more, the museum itself is not the best ;)

St Simeon’s and St. Anna’s Orthodox Cathedral which was designed by the charismatic architect N. Chagin is located on Raina iela, Jelgava. Built between 1890 and 1892, with substantial financial support from Alexander III, the then Russian Tsar. This historic Cathedral is a superb Jelgava attraction.
The cathedral’s altar and its fundaments have remained from the previous church which was located here, built in 1774 and designed by F. B. Rastrelli of Jelgava Palace fame.
St. Simeon’s and St. Anna’s Orthodox five –domed Cathedral was totally destroyed during the Second World War but after a total reconstruction it looks better than ever. If you have never been in an Orthodox Church before this is a time to see inside one.

Excellent bath-house, a lot of steam. Friendly hosts. After the bath, in the same building visited a restaurant - a delicious draft beer and shashlik.
