We organise tours in the Dak Lak province. From solo travellers to large groups,we tailor your tour of this beautiful area to all needs and budgets. Customers receive transport and friendly, hearty guided tours of local attractions such as Waterfalls, elephant rides and intergrating with the ethnic minority people.
I contact Mr. Chin based on tripadvisor review and it was the best thing what i did. I wanted to ride elephant and see Dray Sap Waterfalls. I was alone but even if i wad alone Mr.Chin did whole day trip with me. I was lucky because i could participate on elephant bath ( it was on top of the ride, just i was in right time on right place).
I really enjoy the whole day. Mr. Chin talk about, coffee, pepper, local village. I visit elephants, Dray Sap Waterfalls, coffee museum, local village, pepper field. I can highly recommend and also don't be shame to call him early morning ;) . maybe you can still catch tour the same day.

Museum is well-curated with 3 sections: people, history, animals. Good signs and information in Vietnamese, English, French and the native language of the Ede people.
Some likely-false or exaggerated government propaganda, especially around the Vietnam-American war and life after the war. For example, the museum touts an open voting process, with photos of the Ede people casting their votes; our tour guide said that not everyone in Vietnam is allowed to vote, and voters are typically govt employees.
If you speak one of the languages they use, you don't need a tour guide to take you through the museum. We had one, but he offered little additional information above what is outlined in the museum exhibits.

These are worth a visit if you're in the area, but they were a little busy for my liking and the development wasn't the nicest I've seen. The drive to them, from Can Tho, was well worth it!

We are committed to offering travel services of the highest quality, combining our energy and enthusiasm, with our years of experience. Our greatest satisfaction comes in serving large numbers of satisfied clients who have experienced the joys and inspiration of travel. You will discover that CHD Travel is quite diverse. We use our diversity in and out of the travel industry to address various global concerns. By planning and organizing events, we address current issues such as the environment and international relations. We narrow the gap of misunderstanding between people by promoting international business and cultural exchanges and by serving as a major source of information.
As a traveler, it is very important for you to be able to get a grasp where you're going to fully experience the place. Since I never had the chance to visit the country before I had alot of inhibitions before I met Mr. Ha. Mr. Ha not only helped us to get wherever we need he is also a kind of person who will go beyond the limits of his offered service just to assure your comfort.
Plus! you can always count on him for details even after his service.
I must say, you'll never get wrong when you're never lost! So if you're in a hurry and wanted to experience Daklak, go find Mr. Ha and have your problems sorted out before they actually take place. :)
Thank you Mr. Ha and CHD Travel. Btw, the van is always clean and on time. :)

Reminded us of a low-budget, small-scale Disneyland in the way the experience is manufactured: fake mountain scenery and stream, large collection of old coffee machinery & equipment, but very little information on the vintage or place of origin, much less what it was meant to do.
Tasty, but overpriced coffee and smoothies.

Had lunch here on our way through town. The Gardens were well kept and flowering. Various african animal casts which seems quite out of place in my opinion. Also, if it is an ecotourism spot, I would guess that fishing would not be allowed, yet groups of people were trying to catch a few bewildered fish. Pools were filthy with plastic waste.
If you look past this, the food was good and service very friendly. Note - you need to pay an entrance fee...I wonder whether it is worth it...

This is our second tour with DakViet travel with Mr Vu. Again we were extremely pleased with the places we went in the Southern Highlands, through the beautiful scenery up to the Cambodian border. I have found with Mr Vu you choose your own experience with what and when you want to stop or stay. All personalised to your own adventure and tailored to your needs. I again give Mr Vu and his colleagues the thumbs up. Thanks guys x I also found out his company can organise personal service of the whole Vietnam. Next time we are in Vietnam we will use Mr Vu''s company. He is also great with helping you with shopping great coffee.

By its very nature this is a handy place to locate when in town, as its an obvious reference point to work from, but its not really a place to dwell for long, especially given it is constantly ringed by motorbikes and cars toting their horns.
