went based on reviews for breakfast. located in strip mall, lots of parking. This is your traditional diner and menu. Had the big breakfast, i always judge a breakfast by the amount of potatoes provided, in this case there were tons, grilled perfectly, also came with bacon, sausage, ham and 2 eggs and a huge pancake. Everything was perfect. Price reasonable and lots of customers which is always a good sign. service was very friendly. place is clean but be warned toilets are in basement with steep stairs. I would recommend if in the area.

We have been in business in Woodstock since 1987 and are located in the heart of downtown Woodstock. The Southwest, Central and Northwest bus routes have stops within a block of our Restaurant. Our menu consists of nothing but homemade meals, so its like eating at home but without the work.
I went to this restaurant for breakfast and when I went in, there was a waitress sitting at the back table talking to a couple of guys and it took 1/2 hr for her to get to me only after I called out to her for a menu and coffee. She came over and dropped a menu on the table and walked back to the table and sat down. It took another 15 min. for her to come back and take my order again I asked for a coffee. When my meal got to me it was barely warm and still didn't bring me a coffee. When I went up to pay the bill, I got charged for a coffee that I never got so I argued with her until she finally took the coffee off my bill. I go to this restaurant at least 5 times a month and all I can say is that I have always received great service until this visit. I will come back but if I get treated like that
again I will never return.

This is a lovely little restaurant, and well worth the drive from London. Lunch prices are quite reasonable, in particular the daily Sandwich and soup (or salad or fries) special. Everything is very fresh and well-presented. My only criticism would be for the dining chairs which are insufficiently stuffed and too low for us shorter people.

Montana’s is all things BBQ to all people. Whether you’re in the mood for southern style in-house smoked ribs and pulled pork or looking for some Canadian BBQ flavour across our burgers, steaks and sandwiches; Montana’s has the perfect atmosphere to bring the family or meet up with friends. Fire up the good times at Montana’s BBQ & Bar!
We have eaten at other Montana's locations and decided to try this one for hopefully a nice mainstream meal after a sunny day at Long Point park on Lake Erie. Enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. They made special modifications to a dish to better suit my wife who has trouble with certain types of ingredients and the cook did a very good job.
I had the $20 sampler which was tasty and certainly filling. Good to try a combination of things.
The restaurant offers a 10% discount if you show a Best Western key card so that was a nice bonus!
Everything clean and no complaints. No bowel issues afterward!
Close to shopping with sufficient parking in the rear (or at the shopping area and walk over if you wish).

Off the beaten path a bit and not in the most appealing strip mall, but walk inside and it's a great little diner. An extremely pleasant waitress who was more than patient and helpful. The food was OUTSTANDING! We even stayed a bit past closing time and they didn't even say anything. I would return here without question.

Three couples for breakfast: the menu is certainly different - many unique items. I had the Hawaiian Pizza Omelette and it was excellent and a very generous serving, although the hash browns were nothing special. Everyone else had a various breakfast entrees and enjoyed their meals also. However, he ladies all had "fresh" fruit with their meals and whipped cream and were disappointed with both accompaniments. The fruit may have been fresh originally but it had been in liquid for too long and was soggy and had no distinct flavours. The whipped cream was definitely not fresh whipped cream - my wife insisted it was CoolWhip and not dairy. They are definitely not "the best at what they do" as they claim! The waitress was provided excellent service and was very friendly.

Ate here late one night after getting in from Toronto - it was the only restaurant open in town at 10pm. The food was OK, very typical for a chain restaurant. Had a steak and it was well prepared and tasty - but felt very much like it all came from a 'package.'
