Founded in 1982 in the City of the Moon, it opens its doors to delight all the visitors from here and there. With an original environment, full of details this Pagan Paradise bewitches, mutes and entertain to everyone
My husband and I went here after a recommendation from the Four Season hotel in Bogota. The decoration is over the top and the waiters are very fun and friendly. The music was great and the food was delicious. We went a bit early at 8PM since we missed the dancing and wild party scene that happen after 10PM.

My family lived a great time in this place. We were worry because line at entrance but get a place was really fast. Typical food was our choice Morcilla and Chicharron for starter and Parrilla Trancada as main plate. Everything was perfect, service, time, cook, etc. After lunch a walk trough mini zoo was amazing for my child.

There are some unique restaurants in Colombia and for me this is one of them. It is located about 1 hour north-east of Bogota near the town of Subachoque.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rural location, the beautiful aspect of the grounds as you walk from the car park to the restaurant (2 minutes) and the outside facilities. There are horses tethered and ready to ride, a playground for children and a maze (I didn’t ask if it is open for use).
The welcome was perfect, the service was excellent and the food…It is the best lomo I have eaten in Colombia. Tasty, juicy and tender. One observation (definitely NOT a criticism) is that medium rare for a British person = rare.
The other big advantage is that there at least three different environments to enjoy the cuisine. One is outside, under weather protection, another inside with exterior views, which is ideal for families and there are other more intimate options. It is one of the few restaurants I have visited which is great for children, fine for small business meetings and romantic enough for couples. I am sure that you won’t be disappointed. It is not cheap but the best never is!

getting there: about one hour from bogota, on the way to Medellin. we hit a bit of traffic but once you pass the toll, the scenery is so pretty.
the restaurant: lots of green, beautiful house, lots of flowers, fresh air, big big park with a few swing sets, and things for the kids to do. you can sit indoors or outside on beautiful tables, with logs for you to sit on.
the food: was ok...... not the best, but not bad at all: we had the flank steak and the tenderloin and they were good; the potatoes, sweet plantains, and salads were great. for dessert we had a blackberry jello type dessert which was quite nice, the cheese curd with hot caramel which was really good, and the brownies which tasted more like a chocolate cake, and not too much of a browny.
service was funny: Waitstaff was really nice, but half of the appetizers we ordered never arrived, even though the table next to us seemd to be geting the same things!!!!!
Definately worth the drive, dont forget your sunblock, and jackets, since it does get windy and a bit cold.

No tiene mucho por ofrecer la atención es regular el ambiente es bastante aburrido. No hay musica y no se esmeran por hacer platos deslumbrantes

We have never heard about this restaurant until Tripadvisor showed it in a search near Bogota, we got there very easily. the restaurant is small but very cozy and the staff is nice we even met the owner who was very really nice. The menu was varied and everything looked appealing. We chose beef this time, lomo saltado and baby beef, probably the best I've tried the meat was so tender..just perfect! The onion rings wow!!! Additionally breaded with Parmesan cheese, they made them wonderful! Dessert was scrumptious passion fruit mousse served on the fruit's skin, the lemon pie incredible.! The only not so good thing is that the bill was really expensive for our family of four with a small child that doesn't eat that much, sharing dessert it was way beyond 60 dollars. It was worth it, no doubt, but you can't go every week maybe once every two months or so
