Was there with 20 Russian partners, and we had a lot of fun, great action in the forest and outside the restaurant, and ending with real great food, and a lot of it, with good wine. Even "The robber" came and gave us some good singing.
A very special and good place, with a super staff, that knows how to make a different, and send you happy home. Go there.

I was in Bella Italia a couple of times, however if it wasn't for my friend who dragged me there I wouldn't probably entered myself. The building doesn't look very encouraging from the outside and seemed to have a fast food vibe. Well, as the proverb says: do not judge the book by its cover. Bella Italia turned out to be a great surprise. Casual interior, tasty food, friendly staff. Highly recommended if you happen to be in Stoevring.

Terndrup Kro er en gammel kongelig privilegeret kro fra 1852. Den gule landevejskro er fint restaureret.
Kroen blev landskendt, da crooneren Gustav Winkler i 70'erne forpagtede den. I 1986 brændte kroen ned til grunden, og blev genopbygget i samme stil og størrelse.
Vi var der til selskab, bordene var flot dækket op, maden er traditionel, god og i rigelige mængder.

The best Danish "æggekage" I ever had. Friendly people. Very nice place. Her you can enjoy a very nice lunch or coffebreak after a walk in the hills.

I have dined here several times for some of the traditional Danish dishes "stegt flæsk" and "stjerneskud". The quality is in the top end always and over time as well. You can dine-in or take-away ......

Rold StorKro is located at the edge of the Forest of Rold with the Rebild hills as its neighbour. Our Panorama restaurant, which has the beautiful view over Gravlev Valley, is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, both for guests who are staying at the hotel and for other guests. Rold StorKro is open throughout the year. Vi have meeting and conference facilities for 5-80 persons, function rooms for up to 120 persons and offer accommodation in our 49 rooms to holiday guests, business guests, families etc.

The restaurant is know for it's good kitchen, and it is true that it is absolutely with a visit. It's location a bit far away from central places should not prevent you from visiting. The menu has a variety of dishes and the wine list is extensive. As you are in a deer district meat is an obvious choice, but we tried fish, and that was excellent too. If you get a table close to the windows, you can watch the deers fenced just outside. If there should be a minus it is that a the time of our visit a busload of tourists dined, making quite a lot of noise. The interior should be amended to reduce noise.

Vi bestilte burgere til take away, og det var tæt på uspiseligt. Bøfferne var skamstegt og klasket sammen i tørre boller med et minimum af grøntsager. Hertil fik vi kedelige pommes frites. Kan bestemt ikke anbefales.

My daughter and I visited this lovely place in the woods by the lake for dinner. We had the two course menu, and is was superb. Home smoked salmon followed by veal. Attentive service, bright and elegant room, large and delicious portions at a very reasonable price.
