Selva is a coastal comarca (county) in Catalonia, Spain, located between the mountain range known as the Serralada Transversal or Puigsacalm and the Costa Brava (part of the Mediterranean coast). Unusually, it is divided between the provinces of Girona and Barcelona, with Fogars de la Selva being part of Barcelona province, and all other municipalities falling inside Girona province. Also unusually, its capital, Santa Coloma de Farners, is no longer among its larger municipalities, with the coastal towns of Blanes and Lloret de Mar having far surpassed it in size.

Many of the restaurants in the region make use of 4-8 course tasting menus but at Es Parc in the centre is Selva it uses a traditional a la cartel menu. The food is wholesome and the waiter was very attentive. Our view would be a good place for a lunch but not fine dining.

Lovely little restaurant in the Centre of Inca opposite Santander bank. The food is excellent and really different. I had foie grad with caramelized apples, beautifully presented goats cheese salad with figs. The list goes on. It's a relaxed place good for lunch or dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Well done we need more places like this in the centre of the island..

Selva. Beautiful, quintessentially Mallorcean, world heritage site visited by middle aged men wearing too much spandex.
Step inside a modest doorway bearing the Miceli Mushroom & Fork and you step into a world-class eating experience. I'm fortunate to eat in many places and Miceli is right up there.
Walk through a traditional hall and courtyard and you come to a gorgeous Terrace looking out over the central pool (I hope one day Miceli expands and makes the pool available like Es Guix...).
The food changes daily based on what the Chef spies in the market. Included in our very reasonable five course meal we had celery soup, mullet, skate and lamb. Followed by wonderful cheese from across the Balearics and finally peaches poached in red wine. My wife who has food allergies was beautifully catered for.
The service is so good. The manager suggested lovely wines to accompany our food. We left absolutely enchanted by the experience - the people who work there care deeply about the details without it becoming stuffy or OTT.
Even the weather provided a lightning storm for us to watch.
Congratulations on a wonderful restaurant. Thank you. 100% recommend.

We decided to go for a drive around some of the villages to find somewhere to eat and we ended up in selva. We came across this little gem of a restaurant. The food was superb, service was fantastic and would highly recommend.

Wow, burgers, salads, p am boli and pizza. High quality with home made burgers served with special bread. Pizza very thin, excellent . Big salads. You think is a normal bar with this basic food but Es Firn is different. Try it and you will see

Stopped here for lunch in the middle of an unexpected rainy day. They had some lunch meal options which were very well priced and prepared very quickly as we observed at other tables. We actually wanted something from the standard dinner menu. We were advised it would take longer, which was fine because we were not in a rush. IMHO, the food still came out quickly and was perfect. Great service just made it even better.

We came here in the evening trying to eat something fresh from the sea. I asked for the freshest fish and I was suggested to go for "dorada" (sea bream). They told me the fishes were rather big but at the end they were really small for this kind of fish. In a professional and honest restaurant they would have shown the fish to the client before cooking it. The prices of other fish in the menu were 15€ but we paid 18€ for these small sea breams. Taking into account that sea bream is one of the cheapiest fish one can get in Spain I think they really exagerated in the price. The fish was really good and fresh but overpriced. White wine from the list (Rioja-Pomal Blanco) was great. Bread, olives and aioli were great as well. As starters we had "pimientos de Padrón", very good and a really generous portion. Dessert (also a bit overpriced for this kind of restaurant) was disappointing: untasty "crema catalana". Service was friendly. The room and atmosphere is basic. Overall the experience was a bit disappointing because of the fish and its price and I don't think I'll try it again.

When we first arrived the bar area was full but plenty of room in the restaurant so was directed there. The waiter was very friendly an effective. Drinks first as usual and bread with dips as appetisers then prawns and potato crockets all inclusive. I fancied a steak but I don't like it raw but not well done either so was advised a hot plate to cook my own (I also had an excellent red wine with my lunch) Which I did the meat was so succulent and tasty, by far the best I have ever tasted. Then finished off with pancake in caramel sauce perfect end to a meal. Then the waiter brought a caramel liquor as an after dinner drink which also complemented the desert, also free of charge all in all a wonderful experience. On the strength of yesterday we have booked for Sunday lunch

Moli Nou catered for 30 friends, and the lunch and everyone gave wonderful feedback. We had a beautifully prepared room to ourselves which had a lovely ambience. The food was excellent, and the service both friendly and professional. A huge thank you to Alecia and her team, everyone who came along said they would be recommending Moli Nou and visiting again.
