Friendly and attentive service and great wine list. Though everything was quite satisfying 2 out of 3 steaks were not prepared medium and were still quite rare. We returned them and. few minutes later we got what we wanted.
After return we received the steaks still not much better. Anyhow, a complaint as the Restaurant from allover perspective is satisfying and we will be back on next occasion.

This restaurant is unbelievably good!!!
If you judge the place by the entrance or external appearance of the place, you are making a big mistake. inside is very classy and spacious.
I enjoyed the champignon and pasta that I ordered and so did my friends.
The desserts were nice and moderate sizes.
If you are foreigner and you are not familiar with this part of the city, you can get a local to take you there or get the hotel taxi to and fro.

Beautiful location with a very unique menu, wonderful amazonian and andean ingredients smartly mixed with asian ingredients. The service was very good, the waiter described the different options of the menu as a poem, we wanted to try everything. The cocktails were also very good and the ambiance and vibe very nice. Sometimes is risky to try fusion plates but this time was an excellent surprise. The sushi options were very good and unique but pricey for bolivian standards.

We came here for lunch one day because we were sick of the tourist food. It was really busy so can imagine it would be busier at night. The food was fantastic. This restaurant is in a very old building typical of Santa Cruz many years ago. It is very spacious with a lovely courtyard and furnished typical Santa Cruz style with lots of artifact around. We had lunch in this restaurant located 10 minutes away from the Cathedral of Santa Cruz. The food was great (if you like soup the "sopa mati" is excellent) and service friendly. We had meat as a main dish (I had the "picante de pollo", chicken with rice and hot sauce...very good). A great culinary experience at a reasonable price (about 30€ for 2 with appetizers, entrées and main dishes).

REPÚBLICA proposes a mix of cultures immersed in globalization we live every day, a place for people who like to go out to drink and eat well, with a combination of excellent service and atmosphere / music, always with the right price. Menu incredibly prepared and presented. Excellent variety of coffees, soft drinks and cocktails, two areas, coffee with A / C (non-smoking area) and colonial courtyard. We also have a place in Ventura Mall open at 11am.

Three of us agreed that the food quality was poor to very poor. We ordered the trout and it came overcooked and with cold fries. It is pretty hard to screw up steamed trout but they did. The salad was the only item that was OK... Service was fairly good and the ambience is good, but the food makes this restaurant a 'no go'

Highly recommended steak house. Everything was perfect. The Ojo de Bife is a must. The staff was super attentive and their recommendations were spot on. Also, very family friendly with options for everyone. Good value for the price.Thanks for the recommendation, it is a pleasure that you have had a pleasant moment.

We have been coming to this restaurant for about 8 years and each time there is something new and beautiful to see. They have recently added swimming pools and Fountains. Be sure to bring swim suits and HUGE outfits! The pique macho is fantastic!

Aviator offers good hamburgers in different sizes. Their meat is very tender, selected and flavorful. The bread is also good and the fries at superb.
If you are looking for a good casual meal in a relaxed setting Aviator is highly recommended.
I have not tried anything else on the menu but I hear everything is good.
