Reception was rude. Room was very dirty look like cleaner didn't do a proper job. My room on second floor and has no lift. Heavy for carrying 3 pieces of luggage

I've ate at this restaurant twice without being a guest of the hotel and was very satisfied. They serve decent Lapland food, but also the delicious burger seems to be popular among the guests. The service was very good and attentive, even though we had to wait for the food for quite a long time. Prices are on average Finnish level.

We went here at about 930pm . Friendly welcome and a good choice of dishes. Mushroom soup is especially good as is the neck of reindeer. Fairly limited choice of wines and a bit pricey. Bottle of Pinot Gris is Fifty Euro .

The drive up is cool too. The view is perfect: a panoramic view from the summit of the ski lift. We stood and watched many toboggan-ers head down the slope. Loved the hearty reindeer soup.Service from the kitchen took a bit of time but there is also a buffet for those hungry family members to nibble on.

Let the chefs surprise you! The philosophy of the cuisine is to preserve the local ingredients, such as fish from nearby Lake Inari and cloudberries, showcasing the freshness of Arctic organic food and innovative flavours. All meals are made from scratch each day, based on what has been caught and is otherwise only limited by the chefs’ imagination. 100% GENUINE.
Only had coffee and cake for morning tea but it was awesome as was the owners, we sat and talked for nearly 2 hours looked at each others photos it was very interesting and was in an amazing place. I would recommend this restaurant.

We had read the reviews at Trip Advisor and therefore went there for a try. It is somewhere between Hotel Club Resort and the supermarket. We ordered lobster soup served in a coffee cup (~€13). It was good but not particularly impressive. We also ordered Arctic Char (~€28) and reindeer fillet with snow goose (taste like chicken) (~€43). Same, they were good, but not particularly impressive. Maybe it was due to us just having meals in Inari which was a lot delicious and price 30% lower. The set up of the restaurant was a lot impressive. It had a fireplace, high ceiling, big windows and tables were spaciously arranged with a cloakroom area.

Was looking for a pizza place and the front desk said the hotel restaurant made pizza and the cook just happened to be walking past with a good looking pizza. It was a fairly inexpensive meal and we had leftovers to eat the next day. I had the reindeer pizza which was really good. A friend had the pepperoni, mushroom, and onion pizza and my sisters pizza was ham, shrimp, and pineapple. All were really good but I recommend getting the reindeer pizza. You are in Lapland after all!

We dropped by for a few lunches/dinners during our stay in Saariselkä. Some of the time we had the buffet (changes every day), and other times we had Reindeer burgers, chicken burgers, and regular hamburgers. The food was always freshly cooked, and delicious.
Highly recommend eating here.
Extra perk - right next to the supermarket, so if you need anything, you’re right there!

Our night out from NLV across the street, and I'm glad we chose this place. Cozy, good atmosphere, fireplace in one room, attentive waiter, good service and great food. Not much more you can ask from a restaurant.
Salads from an appetizer (nice portions) and then we dove straight into the Reindeer Pizza! I mean, this IS Lapland, after all. It was delicious, hot and with plenty of toppings, and one pizza is plenty for two people. Where else can you say you had Reindeer pizza? There were also bear, salmon and other local-ingredient toppings. One note, they don't slice pizzas here like they do on the US, but not a big deal.
There are a lot of restaurants in the Saariselka village center area - be sure to give this one a try.
