The restaurant follows the spa cuisine trend, offering gourmet experiences using balanced and organically grown food. Our menu uses all fresh ingredients, mostly from the island of Saaremaa itself. We feel that food is something you should enjoy, and that preparing it is something you should also get something out of. Our summer Terrace, with its fantastic views over the sea, offers an extensive range of cocktails and snacks. We also have a special menu for children, and you can relax and unwind in our lounge and juice bar.
Our party of four had a dinner here. We started with excellent Prosecco Superiore La Gioiosa from Valdobbiadene, Italy. For starters I ordered cold-smoked cod, cottage cheese and quail egg with pickled cucumber and cauliflower wakame and flying fish roe salad, green onion, radish, sugar snap peas, chives, roasted onion and fresh herbs. My wife’s starter was Saaremaa beef carpaccio with herb mayonnaise, slow-cooked egg yolk, pickled red onion, stump mushrooms, mildly spicy tomato-onion sauce, bread crumbs and parmesan shavings.
For mains I had slow roasted veal chop and roasted vegetables with roasted Rautsi farm potatoes, seasonal vegetables, pickled cherry tomato, red wine sauce and fresh herbs accompanied with a glass of Montecampo Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore from Italy. My wife ordered fried Saaremaa baby trout fillet with pea cream, roasted seasonal vegetables, kohlrabi, asparagus, sugar snap peas, redcurrant dairy butter whey sauce with mustard seeds and dill oil. Her fish was accompanied with a glass Chablis Vieilles Vignes AOP from France.
My dessert was coffee-chocolate-nuts with coffee mousse, cocoa caramel, walnut ice cream, roasted nut oil and salted caramel while my wife had raspberry posset including raspberry panna cotta, raspberry gel, blueberry and white chocolate crumbs and lingonberries.
Everything we ate here was delicious. Throughout the dinner the service was friendly and relaxed. The interior of the restaurant is modern, elegant and bright forming a nice contrast to the other two restaurants (Retro Kohvik and Mosaiik Cafe) where we had dinner in Kuressaare. Their decor is more old-fashioned.
We all agreed that this restaurant was our best dinner restaurant in Kuressaare. Georg Ots Spa Hotel Restaurant is warmly recommended!

Ristorante La Perla is a place where you come to enjoy different tastes. You can savour the best Italian dishes and wines and have a good time in a great company. You come to La Perla to stay for a little longer ...
A must for anyone visiting Kuressaare! The staff are really friendly and the food is excellent and full of flavour. Their daily specials are a massive plus at lunchtimes for anyone traveling on a budget. My personal favourites are their Pizzas, Linguine with Shrimp, Osso Bucco and Crème brûlée. Thanks again to the owner Bill for giving me a large double 12 year old Glenmorangie Scotch whisky for my 50th birthday! It definitely puts hairs on your chest :) Hey Bill...? Next time I come can I have Osso Bucco with Creamy mash potatoes? Fingers crossed ;) Kuressaare has a lot of restaurants offering a wide range of menus but for me La Perla is a cut above the rest.

Recommended as one of the TOP 100 restaurants in Estonia! The oldest working restaurant in Kuressaare in the unique windmill. We offer the best selection of Saaremaa food and drinks. From the menu you will find new local and fresh tastes as well as legendary Saaremaa dishes. The home-made beer, wine and schnapps will be served! Terrace and balconies are open at summers. Children´s playing area in the yard and also inside. Folk programs on reservation. Saaremaa Windmill (Saaremaa Veski) is home of local tastes – enjoyed by islanders and guests.

A cozy couch bar in the centre of Kuressaare can host 50 people in the winter and an extra 50 in the summer on the Terrace in front of the cafe. You can enjoy the nourishing meals, with a smooth chillout music caressing your ears and if you want to taste different cocktails, Chameleon is the right place for spending your night. Lounges usually don't have anything for children, but we have a play room for the little ones. So it's a great place in every way for families, friends or for holding business meetings and other events.
I came with my family for a dinner.
We ate at the Terrace, the service it was a little bit slow but worth because the food is really taste.
Ice cream are very big, ideal for kids, and look very taste as well.
Interior is cozy and pink lights make very nice shadows in the Terrace.
Better to order a table before hand, its always crowded.
Very interesting place, for sure I will come.
Very recommendable.

Vinotheque Prelude invites everyone to enjoy the combination of an exciting selection of wines and genuine Saaremaa food. The cosy, relaxed atmosphere of the wine bar and the quiet music are the perfect background to special moments spent together. See you soon!
We went to this restaurant with colleagues, as recommended by one of them. We started with some champagne, shared a cheese and meat platter, had main courses and desserts, all with drinks. All of our dishes were taken with appropriate drinks. I am vegetarian and there were no menu options for me, but the kitchen was testing a new bean patty that I got to taste. It was okay, not top of the line, but edible. My friends who had meat dishes were absolutely blown away by their food however! What really impressed me were the wines and the service. All of the dishes came with wine recommendations and they were actually excellent, while reasonably priced. We were serviced by a young man, who was the sole waiter in the house, but he did an excellent job! Even though he didn't know all of the products they sold, he was attentive and served every course with a perfect rhythm.
Although the restaurant serves gourmet quality food and atmosphere, it was extremely reasonably priced! I would recommend this place for groups and couples, but not for people with asthma, the restaurant is quite stuffy. The restaurant does accommodate to vegetarians, but I'm not sure vegans would enjoy it here, at least not until they further evolve their menu.
This place is also perfect for a night cap!

This place should have 3 stars local-food-wise! Everything is rich, traditional authentically Saaremaa. Fish comes from local fishermen, vegetables are locally grown in the same place by the same people. Place has been there for more than 20 years and has been getting only better.

The 90-seat Restaurant Rose under an arched ceiling offers a cozy as well as an elegant atmosphere. Thanks to partitioned rooms, we can offer our guests snugness and intimacy. A somewhat earthy and medieval style together with the dignified rose-theme create a unique combination, which is definitely worth become acquainted with. The chef has put together a menu, which offers excellent meals from the international kitchen, but tries to use as much local produce in cooking as possible.
Visited this restaurant many times for business lunch. Service is very good, tasty food too, fantastic open air restaurant atmosphere. Located in the center of the town. My recommendation: Try fresh smoked trout (direct from the oven) with hot vegetables !

There is a cosy little coffeehouse in the Old Town of Kuressaare where you can smell the fresh bread and rolls from early in the morning. All the bread and pastry sold here is made here on the very same day. Check out the cake stand for some mouthwatering masterpieces. We also serve salads.
A lovely place selling a good variety of traditional Estonian buns, pies and cookies. The pastries taste deliciosly of butter and other real stuff. The coffee was also good, but a special thumbs up for the custom-made hot chocolate with peppermint sprinklers - by admission of a 10-year old fan that was even better than the same drink in Starbucks ;)
