Restaurant in Quarteira, in the old Town near the Church, since it’s opening in May 83, Restaurant “O Arco” has always been true and innovative with regards to the quality served. We created our recipes from Starters, Fish and Meat courses to our Desserts.
Got a warm welcome from owner. The Resturant is fairly small but intimate and spotlace clean. The staff are very friendly and polite. The menu is small but specials are also available. Our order was taken and suggestions on the selection of wine was given by the owner, I was going to order a more expensive bottle of white Wine and I was offered another that was cheaper the owner stating that the one I chose was overrated and he had it available, but the cheaper one was far superior and I was not disappointed it was excellent shows how much I know about wine. I had goat cheese and tomato for starter and main course was Fresh Sole my wife had it stuffed with spinach and mine was Sole meunière both excellent both with selection of vegetables. There was a good selection of desert but could not eat anymore. Without doubt the whole experience was superb. Not easy to find but one to visit any taxi will take you.

Great overall experience! We visited as a group of eight for dinner. Booking is essential as this is a very popular restaurant. And when you eat there you can see why. There is courtesy transport to the restaurant and back to your hotel, (arranged when you book.)
On arrival, Beatrice and staff are very welcoming and a glass of wine is served immediately as a welcome. The menu is varied, an explanation is also offered and advice given on portion size of fish. The food is absolutely superb! Flavours, presentation and service are superb. Well done all at la Cabane!

We have been meaning to come for a while, having read the reviews, and took a group of friends on Saturday. All of us loved it, hidden down a side street, and cozy, with delightful service. Small menu but everything we had was delicious. lovely complimentary starters and desserts, and the main courses were excellent. Jazz music, quirky decor, great wine even though only a choice of one, but it was excellent. Will definitely be back.

It was very quiet in Vilamoura in all restaurants. We had to try this one after Reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. It was excellent food and very good service. My wife had onions bajjis and chicken tikka masala. I had a mixed tikka meats and lamb rogan josh. All were very tasty and beautifully presented. It lived up to its ratings. Even the complimentary drinks were special. I would recommend this restaurant to all who enjoy good food.

Breathtaking views & That "summer time feeling" The location is perfect & the food is delicious. House specialities: garlic prawns & the local catch straight from the sea. Large snack menu. kitchen is open all day. Whether it's a romantic meal, snacks or just a cool drink, you don't want to miss this place. At the end of Quarteira Promenade, just keep walking!!!
This bar can be found at the end of the Promenade at Quarteira. We walked from Vilamoura, takes about twenty five minutes. Pedestrians can take a leisurely stroll. Ample food, drink establishments, souvenir shops line either side of the road. The best beach is just across from the bar. It is sheltered and sandy. The sea is inviting and calm. While I took a swim the rest of my party sat and enjoyed drinks and snacks on the bars Terrace. When I joined them I ordered a refreshing drink packed with fresh fruit. The staff were very courteous and the prices were reasonable.

With over 25 years of experience, Chef Luis Rafael, after working in various hotel units reference in Algarve, now boasts of having your own space where you have the greatest pleasure to welcome you for lunch or dinner, enjoying an area of excellence, friendly, able to bind more than 80 seated and with ample poolside Terrace.
Lovely food again here, had the garlic mushrooms and honey goats cheese to start and the fillet rafael style and fillet kebab. Nice to see it's the same chef and food is consistent but always seems to be different waiting staff. We'll be back again.

We arrived early in the evening and were greeted with a warm welcome. Staff were helpful in choosing wine. We had a power cut, but that didn't seem to make any difference to the service or food which was out of this world. Menu choices...MoreThank you so much for your great review. Once again please accept our appologies for the power cut. We hope to see you again All the best
