Quiero comunicarles que el angel azul dejo de funcionar como restaurante solamente funciona como casa de te y cafeteria conexcelente reposteria yblens especiales preparados por nosotros Gracias
This is a well located place where you can enjoy an excellent meal . At tea time, they have an enormous variety of pies and cakes, and for lunch and dinner (better to check before going, they are not always open) delicious home made pasta.
You can see the sunset from their Terrace and enjoy the relaxing music. When you visit Merlo, you have to go.

This addition to the hotel is great. The floating tearoom offers a more intimate place with good atmosphere - although it could get crowded during Sundays. Food is good but the menu is more limited than that at the hotel bar.

The place is very elegant and the menu very varied. However, considering the speciality in barbecue, it lacks dishes like potatoes on charcoal. Given the prices they charge, they should at least provide bread plates and warm bread, too. The service is correct although meals take long to come.

Amazing setting. Eat inside or out. Great views. Try the homemade bread and anything made in the "disco". You will need a reservation. You really must include this restaurant in your trip.

How I've enjoyed this restaurant in the hills of the Merlo Sierras, Circuito Pasos Malos.
This is authentic argentinian, plus grass feed beef.
Salads are huge, organic.
They even have vegetarian menu.
Do please try the Chivito, for Little Goat, slow cook, tender, natural. It melts in your mouth.
Only want the time to go back.
The best in the Sierra and Merlo

Small wooden cottage up in the mountain, surrounded by trees and thick vegetation. My daughter would think it was surrounded by fairies. Cozy and warm. Nice food and enjoyable atmosphere. Really nice place to go.

Giorgio is the first restaurant of the Villa dedicated exclusively to the Gourmet Kitchen . Its dishes combine signature cuisine with the style of the setting, the art exhibit renowned author " EMAUS Miciu Nicolaevici " and excellent attention. Discover the flavors of our Gourmet Grill and delight with our proposals in homemade pasta . Our creations are made with selected raw materials , first class and cared for even in its smallest detail . Maride their choices with our excellent wines selected from exclusive wineries with which we work directly for its taste is not altered by abuse and undue guards. We Cava for both white and red wines are tasted at the correct temperature .
Giorgio is to much for Merlo, a place where the Lomito is venerated with beer by liters.
Population is very unsofisticated, so Giorgio is like a lone Star.
Menu is simple, but very nice presented.
Waiters are young but very professional and well prepared.
Only dark spot is the wine list, with only two wineries and very pricey good wines. Those are not everyday wine.
They need to add more variety and some daily offers.
Very pleased with this option in rustic town.

Is an emotional experience to visit and eat at this place.
The building is over 200 years, the alcoholic beverages, are older.
Food is fine, regional, good Italian pasta. My wife is italian, ate the Veggie and Walnuts ravioli, with a mix sauce, 10 points.
Try the Locro, very Argentinian food.
