Well worth booking this lovely farmhouse. 10 courses and as others have said go small and slow as they arrive. It is impossible not to suffer a food coma after your visit. The host was charming with a smile and great explanation for each dish. His home made limoncello is gorgeous. At €30 a head including wine and liqueurs this is excellent value for money. The suckling pig is delicious. Basic but charming, homely decor set in lovely grounds. Busy even though off season. The taxi there and back was more expensive than the meal!

A few km off the east-west highway in the sleepy little town of Monti we found this absolute gem. Obviously not fine dining, but delicious home cooked fare, great fresh ingredients including lovely salads which have been few and far between during our week in Sardinia. All topped off by the friendliest and most attentive service you will find. Highly recommend for informal great value lunch or dinner.

Not easy to find but the wait was worth it.
Splendid view from this property located on top of the hill, over the region and over the surrounding vegetation.
Warm welcome by people who obviously have the right customer service attitude.
No menu to choose from: they bring the antipasti, delicatesse, stuffed veges, cheese etc (nice but too much),
Then come the pasta: ricotta ravioli, gnocchi and a special pasta with cheese and meat (quite tasty),
Then the main course, carrot and celery with roasred suckling pig (excellent),
And of course dessert with different ricotta cheese with honey, yummy!
All of this with a jug of white wine, just ok, and a jug of red, full bodied and absolutely delicious: locally made of course.
To help you to digest, you must taste the home made grappa, and they serve it generously...
A great and authentic experience!

To be clear: my rating for LK is "good", but very good seemed closer than average. Reading the reviews below, as well as talking to staff in my hotel and viewing the plaudits on the restaurant's walls, I thought we were in for a Michelin-star quality meal, which, IMO, we weren't. Reviewers accurately capture the remoteness of the feeling of the place; you drive for miles barely seeing a house, let alone another commercial Enterprise. When you get there, you see that the place is well-sited, and basic but clean and pleasantly homey inside. As far as I could tell, they have only one Seating a night, at 8:30. We were about 10 minutes late, but almost half of the customers of the full restaurant came afterward, some much so.
As others have pointed out, there is no menu, our waiter did not speak to us in English and only in rushed Italian to tell us what each dish was, so we had no idea how many dishes we'd be getting or what they would be until they got there. And while we knew that the menu was generally set and the same for everyone, at least one table did see to be drinking a la carte wine, and at the end, numerous tables getting liquers and coffee, not clear if they were part of the meal or separately charged.
We received about 8 dishes within the first 5 minutes of sitting down, then probably about that many again for the rest of the meal. The food is good to very good, but it is consistently heavy--often fried, buttery/cheesy, etc.--and perhaps more importantly, IMO, not sufficiently differentiated (pastas and cheeses were too similar). There was only secondi, a small-ish portion of porchetto and a sausage, and I was saving room by leaving much of the primis because I didn't know what was coming. Everything was good or better, yet nothing was excellent. The wine is included in the 35 Euro price (not unreasonable) and was more than decent with that in mind.
In all, an interesting dining experience, just temper your expectations.

Countryside farm-restaurant offering home-made traditional food. Everything we offer is prepared with the farm products (wheat, cheese, meat, eggs, ecc.). Set menu.
We came to this place for dinner with family during our holidays in Sardinia and we had a memorable time. Food is all organic, genuine, fresh and absolutely delicious. The service is friendly and impeccable and the atmosphere is so romantic ... It s one of those gems no to be missed.

Not many worlds to describe this little panini and salad bar in the middle of nature in the beautiful national park of Caprera! The location is wonderful with plenty of seats and also many relaxing hammocks. The panini are great and huge with so many different choice, some of them are very particular and interesting. They serve the food directly to your table or hammock and they are pretty quick. The prices are just great also considering the so touristic place. Best place in Caprera to rest and have a marvelous lunch after a plain morning of sea and sunbaths!!

This restaurant/pizzeria is nicely decorated and serves good local produce. We started our meal with finely sliced cured goat meat and slithers of pecorino. This was very fine. My main course was a huge plate of grilled squid and giant prawns, my husband’s a tagliata di manzo. Fine Sardinian wines were available by the glass. We were offered a local liqueur to end our meal. Not cheap but the quality is there.

We were visiting the nearby Nuraghe Majori and first stopped here to park and get some bottled water. When we returned we ordered a meat and cheese platter. It was delicious and came served on a natural cork platter. We lingered over our food enjoying the unusual surroundings, plants and rustic Gardens from our cool shady spot. Definitely well worth a stop off .

It Reservations recommended.
A trip to Sardinia is not complete without visiting this special Agriturismo.
On dining here many foods adopted an entirely new flavour; olives directly from the tree, tomatoes fresh from the vine, various pecorino cheeses and delicious wine. The five course meal, including three primi piatti, stew, porceddu, apricot sorbet & three different types of desserts was a feast for €30 per person.
The staff are very kind and Nonna Tommasina visited each table and discussed her favourite dishes.
Do book in advance and make time to visit this little delight in Sardinia.

What a surprise this was! In the middel of nowhere, in the field along the road to Olbia is this agriturrismo that also serves food. Much food, fresh food, delicious food. Each course presented by Eliza, the very nice lady with a wonderful smile, who sees just about everything. A real difference after a long parade if fine dining, this true, unpretentious small restaurant. Try it and you will not be disappointed. Not even when you get the conto.
