Very nice location, professional service. We dined outside on the Terrace, which was very peaceful.
Food: starter was very nice; fresh and tasty, second course was very OK. Main was OK on the duck, but the vegetables were very bland with very little variation in taste and texture. We discussed this with the staff, who indicated they were still working to improve this. Wines were OK, but not super impressive.
We dined here with a coupon and were nevertheless treated and serviced as proper guests. We appreciate this very much.

La Fleuri offers a very good option for a night out. Menu selection was very good and was well-combined with the wine selection. Following dining etiquettes differs by staff members. Unfortunately we got a seat in the center of the front-room which was a bit cold location due to the draught coming through the front-door.

We stopped here for hot chocolate with brown rum and cream and sat outside with rugs over our legs on a sunny, crisp afternoon at the end of February. What more could you want when out enjoying the fresh air! Didn't eat here, but everything looked good.

Boshuys Hermitage is a charming restaurant, drinking occasion, and party location beautifully situated in the Oisterwijk Forests. Boshuys Hermitage gives each visitor the opportunity to feel welcome and just unwind. We work as much as possible with organic ingredients in our food and beverages. We hope you enjoy our culinary cuisine and the peace of the idyllic pond. An oasis in the heart of Brabant; Oisterwijk. The Terrace overlooks a beautiful pond where ducks and swans (with or without newborn offspring) slide past.
We were invited to the Boshuys by good friends. Loved the meal - great for game although no pheasant this day. Cold and wintery outside, snug and warm outside. Good service, others enjoyed the wine, I had a good regional beer. Lots of bric-a-brac to look at Singer sewing machine like "mum had" - nice 40's 1nd 50's stuff. Must be wonderful in summer, great Terrace, pond with swans

Featured in the top 100 of restaurant/cafes in the Netherlands for every one of the past ten years, including third place in 2015, De Tijd in Oisterwijk is the eatery in Brabant. Located in the heart of the town centre, opposite the monumental town hall, this cafe is perfect for all different kinds of guests. Young and old, poor and rich; everyone enjoys this original establishment. It isn’t surprising that locals call it ‘Oisterwijk’s living room’. “Great atmosphere and good food. The thing that makes De Tijd truly special is their originality. For example, you can read on their placemats what happened in the past on the current date [...]. Quite an experience!” according to an enthusiastic visitor.
After calling for a reservation and a specific tabel we found personnel eating there and being generally unruly. We were given a tabel at the bar, a complimentary drink and left to sit. To our suprise another waiter took a seat, and started eating there. After suggesting we might take another tabel (there were many available) we were seated and ignored. Getting attention required a short walk.
Sad to say the service was poor, the courses uncoordinated, the drinks with the courses later or only after prompting.
Our general take was that the personnel was having a good time, but we were not. As we payed, I mentioned our concerns: reaction was "not interested". We went often, but no mores.

I picked this restaurant randomly at New year's eve. There wasn't much open therefore we just went to the first one we saw open.
The staff was super friendly. The food was good. There wasn't a lot of noise. It's not a fancy restaurant, you eat well for a reasonable price. The motto of the restaurant is "Sate and steaks", and they deliver just that, several dishes with sate and some nice steaks (also without sate).
Overall, it was a good experience.

Seasonal products form the basis for our dishes. Fresh from the grower, pure, delicious and honest. Head chef Mike van Strien and his kitchen crew serve exclusive, refined dishes. By working with local, specially selected suppliers, the products on your plate are always fresh and of the very best quality. Attention to flavour and the wine-food combination is what characterises Restaurant Taste!. The wines for the dishes are chosen based on the menu. Sommelier Kees Verlaan makes refreshing choices ensuring that food and wine complement each other perfectly He is also happy to personally provide insight into his choice at your table.
One of the best restaurants in Tilburg. Very reasonably priced and high quality, the specials can be very good indeed. This restaurant is definately the best thing about the Mercure Hotel.

Last night I ate at Sarban, as I needed to find a halal and organic restaurant to suit the needs of our diverse group of friends. We ended up spending a wonderful 3 hours in Sarban, being introduced to the Afghan cuisine. We took the 'introduction meal', which meant that we got served small portions of approx. 60-70% of the total menu. All the food was super tasty and was seasoned to perfection! Not a single bread crumb was returned to the kitchen. We really enjoyed the experience, would definitely recommend!!

A very busy fully booked restaurant on the 2nd day of Christmas and still able to do an a la carte menu. We did not go for that and took the 'surprise' menu. There was a mix of fish and meat but also the choise to not like one or the other. With 3 at our table, one wanted wish, the other only meat and the third person took the mix. This was NO problem or them. We had dinner at a nice speed and it was good too. Nice atmosphere in a 'historic' kind of place.
