We visited as a large family group for dinner and enjoyed well prepared antipasti and main courses. Everything was good. Nice ambience, friendly staff. Located in the Vendicari reserve, it's slightly off the beaten track, but very easy to find. Recommended for informal tasty dining.

We ate here on our last night in Sicily, having managed to secure a reservation through our hotel concierge.
Booking at this restaurant is quite difficult as they don't open until 7.30pm and don't seem to answer the phone before this time. I tried on several occasions and resorted to messaging on this forum at which point I received a response from a restaurant representative asking me when I wanted to dine there. I think the other option if you can't book is to arrive at the restaurant around 7pm and wait for them to open. A few tables had already been seated as walk-in's when we arrived just after 7.30pm.
However once seated, you can fully appreciate the lovely space of the restaurant - set in a light, airy stone vaulted building with a lovely ambience. The service was efficient but not necessarily overly warm or friendly.
There is an extensive wine selection and the food is the real star here - in particular the lamb ragu which was delicious, hearty, comforting and yet such refined cooking.
It was very good value for money and I'd certainly highly recommend this venue to others. As we were leaving, we also noticed that it looks as if they are expanding the restaurant into the building across the road so hopefully this will ease the pressure on the current availability and capacity.

We visited Noto in late february, when many restaurants were closed for holidays. This obviously limited our choices, but we were fortunate to get two good recommendations from Francesco at our B&B, including this ristorante. Even when there is hardly anyone in town, this restaurant turned away two couples, so we were happy to get a place. The food was quite good, with my wife saying her pasta Norma was the best she has had. My sardines, fennel and pine nuts were also very good. Not so good was my pistacchio pesce spada that was a bit overcooked; however, my wife's pesce spada (mediteraneo) was delicious. Overall, the bill was incredibly reasonable, especially given we had a liter of house white wine. The decor is nothing special, but the dinner was very nice. They also gave us an extra grappa at the end of the meal.

At Farmhouse Leone we are fond of one thing, which is, using ingredients and products that come only from our fields, our farm or guaranteed by local reliable producers. For lunch and supper, try our lavishing menus "km zero", that naturally change in various periods of the year, served with home-made bread and our best wines. Our ample premises do not fear the numerous crowds: we can accommodate up to 100 people.
Family friendly Agriturismo who produce their own amazing vino risso and their own produce, including cheeses, meats, salumi etc. For 22 euros a head, they provide a feast of home grown, home made, traditional Sicilian food. You will need to be hungry to eat lunch or dinner here. We have eaten several times in this Agriturismo but we have never managed the meat course. We have had to decline because we are too full. There is ample parking at the farm and if you drive further onto the village of Testa Dell' Acqua, you can take a coffee, aperitivi or refreshment at the Bar Jolly. I would highly recommend this Agriturismo for large parties of people, families with children or just couples. It also gives you the opportunity to sample food that you have never tried before. Especially with the antipasti - good for fussy eaters to get over themselves and live a little. Best to eat around 20:00 in the evening or 13:00 at lunchtime. Leave the tourist restaurants behind and experience the real deal in the Mountains. Excellent service. Excellent food and plenty of it!

We were staying at Villa Felicia and it was a long travel day so we didn't want to go far. This was right next door so we asked them to make a reservation for us. What a lovely surprise as we sat in their courtyard, drank local wine and had a very enjoyable meal. What we thought would be okay as a last minute pick turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

Aperto il venerdi sabato e domenica dalla ore 11.30 alle 18.30
After a few hot, sunny and windy hours at the beach this was a perfect lunch. We sat in the shadow of an olive tree, enjoyed great (veggie) pasta and som great Italian coffee. The staff was really sweet as well. My and my husband enjoyed our pasta, and so did our child (1,5 year old). Recommend it any day!

Situated in historical centre of Noto in the beautiful via Nicolaci. Menu: Salads, Piadine, Bruschette, Crepes, Taglieri artigianali, fruit salad, smoothies, juicers and granite with local and tropical fruits.
Small shadowed Terrace in the street and small but nicely decorated room inside. The owner/manager made our lunch really enjoyable as he takes his guitar and plays on the doorstep of the restaurant.
I can recommend the selection of Ragusan cold cuts, Golosa salad and freshly pressed orange juice.

Sabbinirica incorporates the flavors of Sicilian cuisine. Sandwiches and platters with cheese and cured meats, local wines and craft beer. Also you can find typical products: capers, pistachio of Bronte, jams, honey, Modica chocolate, homemade pasta, onions Giarratana, exstravergine olive oil, spirits and not only.
It’s tiny, the staff has very little English so they might seem tourist unfriendly but they were very accommodating and I can only praise them. Actually I wish they would all speak English to properly enjoy the lovely reviews this place gets, they deserve them. I had to literally battle to get to the counter and place my order but OMG it was worth it. All the meat and cheese is cut in front of you. The bread is warmed and oiled while the board is prepared. I also asked for a plain ham/cheese Sandwich for our son – he said he had never eater just a good Sandwich. We sat outside, very few tables and it was also a battle to get one, the place is so popular. Our small board, enough for a light lunch for 2 was €7 - so good I would have been happy to pay double. Highly recommended place, doesn’t get more Italian than this.

We had an amazing dinner at Manna in Noto late September. When you arrive, you are greeted with smiles and enthusiasm from their wonderful staff. We were lucky to have Fabiana, who took very good care of us, explained the menu, and were around if you needed her always with a big smile. We had a nice table outside and the food we were served exceeded our expectations (even if they were high). Everything was tasty and beautifully arranged on the plate. And they also make very good Rosata (Rose') in Sicily.

Thanks to Tripadvisor we visited this restaurant which is located a bit outside the pedestrian zone. The chef was wonderful, making this evening unforgettable with one of the best pizzas we had in Italy so far (and we travel a lot!) and the best fritto misto in the whole of Sicily.
