Noosa is a world-famous surfing destination, known for its expansive beaches and colorful bays. Hike across Noosa National Park's cliffs and forests, canoe through the Noosa River Everglades, kayak across the open sea or just bask in the sunshine on golden sand that stretches and sparkles for miles. A day trip to nearby Fraser Island, a World Heritage Site where lush rainforests mingle with dry sand dunes, is a unique experience not to be missed.

My husband and I visited Sails for dinner on a Saturday night.
The place did not disappointment. We had a table right on the beachfront watching the waves crash onto the shore.
They have a great drinks list, the food is great and the service is excellent.
We highly recommend the spinner crab lasagne and the scallops entree. Delicious!
They also make a great Aperol Spritz!
We would definitely return on our next visit to Noosa.

Gusto is located opposite the Noosa River, providing stunning views right up to the river mouth. Both indoor & outdoor Seating areas, every table enjoys the view.
Didn't book, but we were accepted here quite late. The waitress encouraged us to order before another large group who were just arriving. Very thoughtful and all was delicious.

We ate here and had absolutely the best food in Noosa. It is a small restaurant beautifully decorated. Has an cosy and intimate feel. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and as I have already said the food was delicious. The food is beautifully presented. There is a 20 minute wait for the banana tatin but worth every minute.

Visit the Sunshine Coast if only to dine at Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar overlooking a calm canal inlet of the Noosa River. A touch of elegance graces a spacious setting surrounded by lush greenery, with an open grassed area for ceremonies and special occasions or to simply soak up Sunshine by the water. Tantalising modern Italian cuisine is paired with award-winning wines from Australia's most bountiful regions and imported from Europe to complete a memorable dining experience. Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar can be reached by road or boat along the beautiful Noosa River, and is one of the premier dining establishments on the Sunshine Coast.
We came here for our 20th wedding anniversary and were extremely pleased with everything. Every dish our party of 4 tried was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, a delight for all the senses. Although there is not much to see at night, we enjoyed being on the waterfront inside a formal dining room. The prices were reasonable for the quality and location.

Welcome to La Riviera Bistro! Frederic cooks french traditional meals from our beautiful country for lunch and dinner and we have a selection of French Drinks; from traditional Aperitifs, to wines, beers, sparkling and of course Digestifs... We are a small venue of 35 seats on the Noosa River by the Colonial Resort, 239 Gympie Terrace, located on a upper level from the foot path, so keep your eyes up and look for the blue/white/red Umbrellas. We are open Wednesday to Sunday for Lunch and Dinner. As we are the owners operating the business, we occasionally close throughout the year, please look up on our website or Facebook page for more details. We look forward in welcoming you!
After walking the length of Gympie Terrace searching the options, we decided that this looked to be the tastiest menu. Good decision. The chicken stuffed with crab in bisque sauce was magnificent and the fish of the day in its tasty Mediterranean inspired sauce was a real burst of flavour. The wines were just as impressive; we tried a dry rose and a white from Alsace, which was outstanding. Pleasant, rustic decor, friendly service, and magnificent food made it the new "must get back to" restaurant.

Bringing a taste of Italy to Hastings St, Locale offers an unforgettable Noosa dining experience and delicious modern Italian cuisine.
My lovely wife and I booked here for dinner on our last night in Noosa of our holiday. Our booking over the internet was confirmed by text and we were asked to confirm back; something which tends to indicates a well-organised fine dining restaurant.
On arrival we were warmly greeted by the Maitre d, and shown to our table by one of the waiters. We were offered water immediately, and given a few minutes to decide what we would like to eat. I chose the Octopus for entre and the Frazoletti squid ink pasta with seafood for main. I let the wine waitress pair these with wines by the glass. She chose an Italian rose and an Italian Pinot Grigio. These went perfectly with the food which was absolutely delicious. The octopus was a very dainty, beautifully presented dish while the Squid ink pasta was nothing short of divine. I also chose a panacotta for my dessert with delicious coffee granite and delicious spun sugar all presented beautifully in a glass which was looked, and tasted amazing. The service through the entire evening was absolutely first class; the waiter and watress assigned to us were very attentive and our mineral water was constantly topped up.
Our only disappointment was one of the wines by the half bottle, the Antinori Tignanello, was not available. However, my wife opted for a glass of red wine which she enjoyed with her food. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely with the large glass windows providing peaceful views of the tropical greenery around the restaurant. The bathrooms were very clean, and even though the bar area was very busy the restaurant was peaceful and an absolute pleasure to dine in.Thoroughly recommended. If we travel to Noosa again we'll be back.

This place is consistently good , and occasionally brilliant. Service is swift , the Sushi train is constantly refilled , wait staff attentive & pleasant.
Our only disappointment during lunch is that all the cooked items need to be ordered , as none appeared on the train. Don't know if that happens at night though.
Stiil , the cooked items we've had have been worth waiting for !
After all , we drive 50KM just to eat here !
