Once a destination for honeymoons and family vacations, Niagara Falls has really stepped it up as an action-packed vacation spot. The falls are literally the biggest draw – watching the frothy water tumble at alarming speeds can be mesmerizing. Throw on a poncho and hop aboard the Maid of the Mist to cruise close enough to the falls to be drenched by spray. Hit the main strip of Clifton Hill for flashy tourist attractions and restaurants galore.

Carpaccio Ristorante, with its upbeat modern dining room and bar, in the heart of Niagara Falls offers guests the most memorable Italian Cuisine for the whole family. Our menu focuses on the true simple flavours of Italian food. The emphasis is on freshness with seasonal ingredients delivered to our doors daily. Our Chefs use traditional techniques to create dishes with modern appeal! The result is Italian inspired combinations that are comfortably familiar and yet distinctly unique, which has made us the most award winning Restaurant overall in Niagara.
Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner after Reading the excellent reviews. We ordered the avocado and goat cheese bruschetta to start. For the main, he had the fettuccini “Amedeo” and I chose the pork tenderloin. The pork tenderloin was the best meal I’ve ever had, would highly recommend this restaurant. Was 120$ for starter and main for two, plus a bottle of wine; the food was to die for.

While on a date night out in Niagara Falls, my husband and I decided sushi and saki would be a perfect dinner and Taki was an excellent choice. It was Friday night at 5:30 pm and we were seated right away without a reservation in a nice private little booth. Our server was attentive and brought us two large hot saki and they were very good! We ordered the sushi and sashimi boat for two with a separate order of a special roll. The quality and temperature of everything was very good. The prices here are what you would expect at any Japanese/Sushi restaurant. I highly recommend Taki while in Niagara Falls. It's located behind the Casino Niagara and Sheraton Hotel parking garage, across the street. Enjoy.

We spent a weekend in Niagara and NOTL for a birthday and anniversary. Had dinners at restaurant at Peller, at Watermark, and AG.
AG may not have the view of the Fallsview restaurant (since in the lower level), but the ambiance was cozy and romantic. Live singer was a nice touch. Staff were very attentive, accommodating and friendly (incl with food allergy).
Dinner was delicious, particularly the squash soup which was flavourful with depth, venison tenderloin, duck, and sticky pudding (beets in salad were slightly overpickled/sour).
Very good deal if you combine as a packaged with stay at Sterling Inn (which has 2-person hot tub larger than that at Embassy Suites) + a no-children policy...which was a nice change from the oodles of kids running around the Hilton and Embassy Suites).

Hard to find a really good Greek restaurant but Koutouki met all the requirements. As soon as the four of us walked into the restaurant, our waiter took us to a perfect located round and private bench seat. Menu is quite extensive with numerous items that we enjoyed in Greece but hard to find in Canada. Our waiter Biagio was excellent - knowledgeable with a good sense of humour and his recommendations for wine and selections were right on! For an appetizer, my wife and I shared Dolmadaki (stuffed grape leaves) - 5 small portions, very tasty and the perfect # and size for sharing. For the main course I had Kleftiko (roasted stuffed leg and lamb) and my wife Kota (stuffed chicken breast). We thoroughly enjoyed both and it reminded us of the meals in restaurants in Santorini and Rhodes Greece. I was thinking of having Moussaka, but I really prefer it in cooked and served in an individual dish but it was served as a section from a larger platter like a serving of lasagna. The cost was quite reasonable - pre dinner drinks, wine, shared appetizer, main course and tip for 2 was $158

we are a British resturant and tea room.all our pies and cakes are home made . its little bit of England here in Canada, we do the english style fish and chips and roast beef with Yorkshire pudding .steak and kidney, cheese and onion pies, we also import british foods, candy and drinks.
The homey British atmosphere and the friendly sincere service made for a great addition to the home made food fare on a menu of tasty selections.

Went to eat here with my wife and kids after spending crazy amounts of money eating elsewhere in Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls is a giant tourist trap so be careful....the falls is beautiful, but everything else exists only to milk your wallet dry....except this lovely place.
This restaurant had very tasty food, good sized portions, great service and a very reasonable price for what you ordered. Next time I am in Niagara Falls, this will definitely be my goto place to eat.

A casual approach to fine dinning service, award winning wine list, Canadian Champion Oyster shucker, diverse menu where everything is made in house. More than just seafood with options for the land lovers. Room for large tables, plenty of bar Seating for those that want to be a part of the action.
Tide and Vine is a nice presence in Niagara Falls - off the beaten path, really not 'touristy', friendly staff, and fresh, yet expensive oysters.. My Husband and I have been going for quite sometime, but sadly our dinner last night just sort of left me feeling... robbed.
We started with some oysters and the chowder, oysters were great.. but their famous chowder was under seasoned and thicker than stiff porridge. I used to dream about the stuff, but this time the chowder seemed like it was sitting for quite sometime and it stuck to the back of your throat like glue... at $13 a bowl I want to be wowed.
We both had drinks, but at $15 MINIMUM for a very short "8oz" pour.. you get this LAME glass of VQA wine and think.. I just paid $15+ tax for this? I know alcohol has a large markup but geesh, c'mon guys.. its local wine, not a Chateau Montrachet you're serving. You don't want to have a second glass because the prices are so ridiculous..
The food was OK we had the short ribs, but the temperature was tepid at best and under seasoned once again. Again, for the prices.. I shouldn't have to wish my food was hot and properly seasoned with a Chef in the back. They weren't even that busy.. We didn't bother having dessert..
Bill came to $200 + tip. Ouchie.
The problem is, if another seafood/oyster house comes in with better prices (especially if and when our economy softens) I feel like this place will be vulnerable and turn into an empty after thought. They are in the process of expanding to the next side, but I feel like we the customers are definitely shouldering the cost of expanding their business. When we got our leftover food to take out, it came in one of those fancy reusable grocery bags that usually cost $3-5 at the grocery store..
How about you just give us a normal paper bag and start pouring a decent glass of wine instead?
Anyways, we sadly will probably move on and find another seafood place from now on...

Child friendly breakfast and lunch. Only Canadian debit or casfh- Canadian or US dollars.
We were looking for breakfast, and this place has it!! They had a whole menu of different eggs Benedict options, I ended up picking the special, for cheese, I should have asked ahead tho because I was disappointed there was no meat on it!!! The waitresses were all friendly attentive and fast, it is a cozy family run facility, not the kind of restaurant u would sit in for a long time, it's a small place so I'm sure they get people in and out quickly, prices were ok, more breakfast specials would have been nice but overall it was good

Went for a romantic birthday dinner. Interesting concept with a set menu all the time. Really liked this. 3 or 5 options, including drinks. Worth the cost. Dinner was delicious. They recommended the goats cheese as an appetizer and we were not disappointed. Very flavourful. Then orders the pasta with clams. Lots of clams. Super yummy dish!!! Atmosphere was very quiet, wasn’t, romantic- but would work for friends or work meeting too. Staff was amazing- helpful and friendly but not pushy at all. Super attentive.
