This is a delightful restaurant to dine at. I visited this restaurant with my husband for dinner. We tried the three course meal which was only €25. You have a choice of 3 for starter, a choice of 3 for main and a choice of 3 for dessert. The food was delicious. They obviously have a very talented chef and the wait staff were very professional, welcoming and attentive. The evening was pleasurable and we will certainly be back.

Enjoy a taste of Luna, the restaurant at Palazzo Parisio at any time of the day. "Quite simply out of this world" comment devotees who praise "the varied and stylish menu" and the "excellent service" served in a "magnificent setting"
There are only three dishes listed under Vegetarian and vegan on the menu but two of them contain cheese made with animal rennet! Animal rennet is mostly made from the lining of a calf's stomach, so definitely not vegetarian! There are plenty of cheeses on the market that use vegetable, microbial (made from fungus) and pasta rennet so they could easily use these. I think it is terrible that restaurants think they can get away with totally misinforming customers!

Cellini is a quaint wine bar & bistro situated in the heart of the village of Naxxar, Malta. It is named after Piju Cellini, a reputable designer and painter born in 1863, the designer and maker of the town's parish church door, the first bronze door in Malta at that time. But why name it after Pio Cellini? This house was built by Vincenzo Bonavia towards the middle of the 19th century and the coat of arms on the entrance door shows the griffon, a symbol of Christ representing the right road (‘Bona’ + ‘Via’). Dun Salvatore Bonavia, only son of six children of Vincenzo, lived here till he died in 1946. Dun Salv had served on the committee set up in the early years of the 20th century to make plans and oversee the works on the widened church façade which now cried out for a much larger door. Seeing the friendship that developed between him and Cellini, one would be forgiven for thinking that Dun Salv had had a big say in the choice of the artist. Cellini was in fact a regular visitor to this house where he spent many hours with his priest friend. He did not sit in the same chair you are sitting on now, but he probably often sat in the same spot. You may wish to imagine what topics turned up in those long, relaxed and pleasant conversations; ones we wish you too are having now.Cellini Wine Bar & Bistro serves typical nibbles, platters, small eats, mouthwatering dishes prepared by our resident Chef including our popular grilled fresh rib eye, duck and other dishes. Well chosen wines from all over the world.Open all days from 11am till 3pm, 7pm till late. Monday closed for lunch.Private functions also accepted!Directions - facing the church, Cellini Wine Bar & Bistro is on the right hand side, between Naxxar Football Club and Gasan & Mamo Insurance Agency.
Situated in the beautiful village of Naxxar, we turned up without a reservation. A friendly greeting, and then shown to the upstairs of this gorgeous building of character. We were perfectly looked after by a wonderful lady called Audrey. This restaurant boasts a lovely, diverse menu. I chose the grilled swordfish. Beautifully cooked and presented. I will return. Highest recommend.

We ate there twice within a week! It's such a beautiful restaurant with a fantastic service and very nice food! Even flexible with vegetarian dishes. Absolutely top! Questions about Wi-Fi or TV: We were there to enjoy a romantic dinner, not for "IT entertainment"...

One cold and wet morning we again visited Caffe Luna this time for breakfast. The waiter, who has been giving first class service there for many a year, recognised us and greeted us warmly - quite appropriate for such a chilly morning
The cafe was warm too and things augered well for what was about to follow.
After perusing the menu we choose the warm pastries in a basket with coffee. The pastries came with some good toast, delicious jams, marmalade, honey and Nutella. The coffee was nice and hot and we tucked in to what was a very enjoyable breakfast.
Palazzo Parisio's setting is a delight with wonderful walled Gardens so even on a wet day you have a lovely view - but get a window seat and don't forget the coffee!

Lovely modern bar come restaurant with a friendly lively feel. We just had drinks but from what we could see from food being taken to tables the presentation at least was excellent. There was background music and sport on several TV's dotted around the bar and lovely comfortable Seating.
