After a very long day we decided to try this restaurant , opposite our hotel. Although 2200, we weren't the only ones there, in fact people came in after us, so nice atmosphere. Very well prepared food. Warning , very generous proportions. Be hungry. Had a very good bottle of wine. All in all a lovely meal for 88 euros.

This place was packed on Maundy Thursday. There was a long wait for tables, but we were able to order wine by the glass at the bar while we waited. We ended up eating at the bar and it was fresh and delicious.

A Candida is a beautiful experience. The taste buds are delighted. The ambience is relaxing and charming. There is a sense of caring about the food and the service. Our host spoke English very well and was most helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We loved the salad with mixed greens and pistachios with its light delicate dressing. It is served in a bread pastry bowl which itself is edible and delicious. The cream of mushroom soup was flavorful and was of a lovely consistency. But the star of our meal was the risotto served with grilled octopus. It is definitely worth a repeat visit. The raspberry sorbet with a warm rich, dark chocolate sauce was a lovely ending to the meal. There were quite a few other items on the menu that we hope to try in the near future. Definitely worth more than one visit.

Restaurante galardonado con Bib Gourmand 2017: Guía Michelin de mejores restaurantes de menos de 35 euros (de España)
A very good restaurant where the chefs transformed the traditiona regional recipes to gourmet dishes. All the dishes were delicious. I believe that it was a little bit expensive related to to other equal places at the area. Don't bother to go without reservation.

"La Bola de Oro" is a churreria with a long family tradition. It is located in downtown Ferrol. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch or a meal during the afternoon. Smoking is not allowed.
I wouldn't rate this under restaurants, more like a coffee place with a limited menu, pretty much "churros" and nothing else other than coffee and hot chocolate. Place is a bit soulless although the owners are nice enough. I guess it's a nice place for a winter afternoon if you need to warm up.

The whole Street is packed with amazing restaurants. And Frank is no exception. The food was simply amazing, prepared perfectly. The ambience was good and staff could be a little bit more attentive (1 waitress on a busy night is not enough) but other than that dining in Frank was one of the more enjoyable experiences

It's got great tortillas, ham, wine and tapas. A couple minutes walk from the port of Ferrol - well worth stopping for some food and drink. Usually has a good amount of public, but it moves pretty quickly.
