The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Excellent family business! They were very accommodating of our dietary restrictions and we enjoyed it so much we went back 3 times. The food is excellent quality and delicious. Fish meat everything was delicious and cooked exactly how we asked. We couldn't have been happier!

Great bar/restaurant just of the main road in Motril. Gorgeous decor and tables inside, comfortable roomy Seating outside. We stopped off just before lunch for a quick drink before shopping and ended up staying for a few hours.
The staff are very polite, sociable and attentive. The beer is icy cold and there is a massive selection of fine alcohols on the back wall that i am advised is only a tenth of what is available. And the food is superb. I ask what an award on the back wall was and the barman told me it was for a competiton the chef had won with their Salmonetta, which we ordered.
It is Red Mullet fillets served on mango with a tropical salad and a small hot bread.
It was lovely, try it!
Also all the tapas, which are given free with most drinks in Motril, were all lovely. They included prawns cooked in a garlic sauce and small portions of Paella.
Well worth a visit and once you've been you will definatly visit again.

Between 4 of us we shared two starters; Huevos Rotos and Goat's Cheese salad both of which were excellent, beautifully presented and very large indeed! The main courses were also the same and those who ate meat raved about the quality and that it was cooked to perfection with delightful accompanying sauces. Ideally main courses could also be shared as the portions are enormous. Very well priced including the wine. Very high standard and lovely service. Highly recommended.

Unable to book into our hotel until 3 we decided to have lunch in the restaurant opposite. We would like to say it was early for Spanish diners as customers are generally a good indication (about 1300hrs). We were greeted by the staff ordered drinks and given tapa browsed the menu. The seafood was of excellent qualify and the service very good. We went back in the evening for and drink and were welcomed again. This time again with our drinks tapa. Excellent experience our thanks to the staff and we will go back to Motril if only to visit the restaurant again.

Not on the tourist trail but well worth seeking out this excellent fish restaurant. Great for tapas or more substantial meal for lunch or dinner. Fresh fish delivered daily from port of Motril. Great choice available and menu changes dependent upon season and availability. Blackboards outline dishes available.
Efficient service and reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

We were looking for something to eat on our way to Antequera and we stopped there in Motril. Incredible tapas and more incredible service with one of the most typical bars of Motril. When it is full of local you know you're going to eat well. Special mention to the best bartender we had.
