Skiiers have flocked to Mont Tremblant since its first chairlift and lodge opened in 1939. Now, though, it's just as popular with snowboarders, who love its 18 acres of ramps, rails and jumps, and its Olympic-caliber superpipe. Don't fret, though, because despite its name, this mountain doesn't actually tremble... unless you've tossed back a few too many in one of the village's bars!

For Chef Sébastien Houle, cuisine is an international adventure. Beyond trends and "what's new", it's a controlled science where creativity is drawn from experiences on every continent. If travels form youth, in sEb's case they created a high-flying chef who brought together flavours from all latitudes. A traveller to the ends of the world, sEb lived for years as a sea wolf travelling from port to port, an exile traversing the planet, shaping his own unique culinary vision. The result is a sublime mingling of flavours from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Australia which marry with and recreate a very specific Québec culture that pays considerable attention to the perfection of handcrafted products. Chef sEb reflects the nature of his contemporaries: thanks to his unfailing curiosity, he obtains his inspiration from the flavours of international markets, from local producers, from the international gastronomic elite and from traditional home cooking.
We saved SEb L'Artisan Culinaire for our last and celebratory dinner in Tremblant... we wished we had gone there for EVERY dinner... it was that wonderful! We were seated at a nice table in the corner and we enjoyed excellent service by both Alexandres. The...MoreHi, Thank you so much for leaving your comments it is very appreciated. Great place for lunch and dinner, cool for kids, great Terrace all year round, very reasonably priced.
Simple, fast - but really, really good pizza (and Beer). Definitely worth a visit - the pizza was excellent. Great atmosphere - very casual - I imagine that this place gets very busy on the weekends - because of the quality of food and "cheap eats". This restaurant won't disappoint - not your typical pizza - was homemade in a wood burning pizza oven. Have a look at the photo and you'll see these people make pizza with love.

The fish special was Walleye and it was outstanding. It was grilled perfectly and very fresh. We also enjoyed delicious sides and lightly toasted bread with oil for dipping. The strawberry tiramisu was a tasty surprise. Our server was a delight who suggested a very nice wine. We liked the atmosphere, especially the fireplace.

We specialise in breakfast and lunch meals. For breakfast come in and try our homemade cooked Ham. We also have a variety of breakfast meals from pancakes to Benedicts. Try our housemade Arojus, which is our own mix of fruit juice.
Gads was this place good. Walked right in for breakfast ...... which was unexpected. Since it was listed as one of their specials, tried the "french toast" (as they say while in a France) .... well, you get the picture... it was outstanding. If you...MoreThank you very much for the positive comments. It’s always encouraging when customers acknowledge the good work of our team. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Fine French cuisine. Fresh regional produce. Gastronomic menu, table d'hote. Gluten free menu. Vegetarian dishes, bouillabaisse, fish, seafood, locally raised meat. The chef, Maitre Canardier, prepares Caneton a la Rouennaise upon reservation. Awarded a Four Diamond rating by the CAA/AAA.
Highly recommended high end restaurant. Very likely the best French cuisine in the Laurentides. Excellent Xmas menu. Magret was amazing as well as the cerf. Desserts were perfect. Worth the detour and the price. The restaurant is known for it’s duck cuisine. Staff and service were perfect.

#1 Steakhouse in Tremblant that uses best ingredients, everything is made on site, using local produce, the menu carries gluten free and vegetarian options
Dinner fir two was terrific. Good, wait staff and energy was terrific. From the bread with olive oil and balsamic dip was warm and delicious. We had the flank steak and prime rib pork, both were done perfectly. The veggies and potatoes(mashed and fries) were well seasoned and portion correct . The only downside was the table placement, they were sooo close there was no opportunity for a private conversation and we felt we could eat right off our neighbors' plates. That being said, we would definitely return.

We are a family run restaurant since 1995. We make breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert crepes fresh before your eyes. Chose from our signature crepes or create your own. Fresh salads with homemade salad dressings. French onion soup au gratin. Something for everyone. We look forward to see you in our new location 977 rue Labelle Mont Tremblant Quebec. Gluten free menu available.
Our lovely server did all she could to speed up the cooks, but the place was a disaster. We placed our order at about 6:30PM and it was delivered 7:35-7:45PM (party of 5, delivered sequentially). Delicious crepes, HUGE, interesting and varied menu w/ something for everyone. Would return at a less-busy hour only.

In an ancestral, serene and warm frame, we propose you the GRILL-STONE. This concept, unique in the region, consists of a VOLCANIC STONE warmed at high temperature offering an ideal natural surface for a cooking without added fat. The menu proposes a wide choice of meats and fishes such as filet mignon, ostrich, tuna, bison, seafoods, kangaroo, deer, wapiti, camel etc. We shall welcome you and shall assure an attentive and personalized service. The Chef owner also proposes you some specialities. The cellar presents a wide selection of wines, private imports as well as a good choice of wine by the glass. So, a selection of dish to take out is offered to you. A private room is also available according to certain conditions
We were there last Saturday night for dinner, very good food, reasonable prices, loved the pierrades.

It's a very fun place to visit. They offer raclette, fondue, and other swiss/frensh style food. Can't say that it's great cuisine, but it's certainly something unique and unusual. The quality of food (cheese, meats, excellent sauces) was quite good, but again - the point is the process and the experience, not culinary art.
The place was rather hectic and the waiters did not do a very good job of explaining the selection, which added to the confusion, but once we figured it out, it was a fun family-style dinner.
