Ate our breakfast here on the first day. Set menu. You can order practically any of their menu items for breakfast. Of course, non-breakfast items will take awhile.
We also had our late lunch served outside our room (outdoor setup).
Food is okay, nothing great. Wanted to try their pizza but was informed they dont have available dough ().

Moalboal's best restaurant when it comes both to the food they serve and the costumer service. Very small place on top of the dive shop (Neptune Diving Adventure) with a wonderful view over the ocean. The cook makes by far the best asian food served in Moalboal, she has a special gift for cooking this lady and i can only say try it out because she is the best and i will always go back here for more!!!
Had another great meal here with my family last week. We were only in Moalboal for one night so it was a no brainer where to eat dinner. Knowing how busy it get's, I walked over in the afternoon and both booked the table and pre-ordered the food. This ensures you get the dishes you want as they frequently run out of some favourites. Another tip is they have changed their serving dishes since my last visit, with the dish you order coming on a plate with rice. As I knew we wanted to share dishes, I also requested all the dishes to be served in bowls in the centre of the table to facilitate trying different dishes easily.

Its part of Mayas Native Cottages.
The food was very tasty and portions were great! It was good quantity price! But be careful with the waitress, she is really mean, we could not Focus on the food as we could not stop talking about the bad service. She barely Talk to us and she seems to be bother about everything!not to talk about the change, which seems to be a problem in the whole Moalboal, if you dont Pay exact amount they have a problem, i think they really do but the customers are not the problem!i would strongly suggest to the owner to watch carefully their personnel and yo get change

We came to Chili Bar several times during a four-day stay in Moalboal. The ocean front setting is really beautiful, especially at sunset when there is a spectacular view over the water.
We ate in Chili Bar twice. The first time we shared a pizza and a tuna steak with mash and veg. The pizza was good, although we found better and cheaper ones elsewhere in Moalboal. The tuna, however, was excellent – served in a delicious pesto sauce. Our food bill was 665 pesos.
The second time we had a pizza and the bicol tuna pasta, which came to 510 pesos.
The tuna pasta – a house favourite, apparently – was very good, with some spicy chilli heat, the way we like it.
From about 9pm every night Chili Bar becomes the place to be in the village. It gets packed out and bangs out music until the small hours – one night we stayed until 3am when it closed.
Beers are 55 pesos for a 330ml San Miguel, about standard for the village bars. You can get a half bottle of vodka with a mixer in a huge jug for 435 pesos.
There are two pool tables that usually operate on a ‘winner stays on’ basis. The cues were not in the best condition.

Came here to have breakfast. never again!!
I Ordered the Eggs Benedict. it was runny & cold it was sent back. I then ordered the vegetarian omelette with 2 slices of toasted bread, butter, jam, juice, water melon and banana. The vegetarian omelette only had egg & little pieces of uncooked carrot (disgusting) it was cold. The toast was cold or old (couldn't work it out) my partner had cold pancakes too.
You get unlimited coffee or tea with every breakfast! however the staff are slow & don't come around to top up your drink so you only get 1 cup. lucky to get 2 or more..
We noticed the owner loves standing at the counter watching TV or talk to familiars but never helps his staff. (our table was also shaking like hell) We wouldn't go back there if we stayed in Moalboal again!

The Pleasure Principle Resto-Bar is on the main track running through Panagsama Beach, Moalboal, we produce fine food using only the freshest ingredients and fish from the waters directly in front of the restaurant. We welcome all our customers and wish you a wonderful and memorable experience on your visit to us.
We ate there about 4 times. The owner is a big bloke who tries his best to accommodate everyone. Its popular because of the ratings here but its just ok. Service is slow & forgetful. Food is passable. Seafood is expensive here. At the end of our trip, we preferred eating at a no-name restaurant manned by locals, which is situated at the the start of the narrow road that leads to The Pleasure Principle. There is a lady on the right that barbeques seafood in the open. We had the best meals there!

The location is okay, the water look nice and the people go swimming and snorkeling here. If you order cold drinks you get them immediately but if you oder a coffee or food you have to accept a waiting time from over 30 minutes on a time where is not a lot people their. The price is not cheep/tourist price.

Full Restaurant Bar in beautiful setting right next to the sea. Beautiful sunsets with view of Negros island. Best place for sundowners and enjoying the sunsets. Breakfast and Italian coffee bar, Fresh Seafood, sushi and meat dishes. Pizza , Pasta. Dessert.
My friend and I decided to grab a drink in the restaurant. We were taking our time, enjoying our drinks and the ambience. The female manager suddenly approached us and asked if we were adding more drinks or maybe food because if we were not then she'd give us the bill. She was trying to tell us that they need to give the table to other customers who'd order more and pay more. We told her that we were still deciding. Five minutes later another waitress gave us our bill.
