Very nice setting at Swazi Candles. Lots of shade and nice play area for the kids. Food is pretty good value for money although service is kind of slow to get your order in. So not a place to come when in a hurry. I would for sure recommend this as a stop when visiting Swaziland. One of the better places to eat a nice Lunch or Breakfast.

My husband and I did find this little gem of a restaurant in Swaziland. When we did arrive on this lovely warm spring evening the sun was just going under. We dined on the Terrace and enjoyed the wonderful food. The menu is written on a big board which the waitresses have to carry from table to table which is quite funny.
The next evening we also dined here, but since the weather had changed dramatically inside by the fire which was very cosy. Also we noticed they had new options on the menu suiting the change in weather. Very wide choice of different courses also for vegetarians. Do visit when you are in the area!

The reception was friendly. The orders were taken promptly an executed correctly. The food was well prepared, pity about the stale chips.

After a month in Southern Africa, we became a big fan of Ocean Basket. This particular location was our first experience. Good prices and great food. The best calamari I ever had. The Kingclip was new to me and grilled, was wonderful. They also serve beer.

Experience a truly South African dining experience at Nando's Manzini in Bhunu Mall. Our flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken restaurants are world famous for their succulent, grilled to perfection, butterfly-cut chickens. Add spice to your life with a meal from our Portuguese style menu. We've set the eating experience on fire and we can't wait for you to join our table because if there's one thing we love as much as PERi-PERi, it's lots of people to enjoy it with!e.
We stopped by after the market and had some chicken livers cause they don't have that menu item in Canada. It was pretty good. The service was fast given the normal wait time sin other parts of the country. Nice air conditioned dining area. Would have given better rating but we came in cause they advertised WiFi outside but none of the staff knew the password.

I had a chicken wrap, with garlic bread. The meal was ok, it took 10m to serve, which was nice. The painting on the wall says that Portugal is in Spain. The staff was also average

We discovered this place when we were establishing our garden some two years ago. It is located in the middle of the Vickery Seedlings and nursery - itself a prime place for upmarket homowners with serious Gardens. We were attracted by the laid back atmosphere and the neat children's play facilities. It's such a small place with a big heart. It is in the open but shaded so that you enjoy the garden as you have your meal. The meals are for the health conscious, nice and consistant. We love their cafe mocha and it is unbeatable with its consistent flavours.
It has become something of a pilgrimage for my wife and I on our Saturday afternoons and the waitresses are very nice and friendly. They know us by name now and love our children, so much that when we have decided to come without them, it becomes a let down to these ladies almost at a personal level.
The atmosphere is relaxing and tranquil, the meals divine and the customer experience the best Swazi hospitality. It is important though that you have to appreciate health conscious dining for you to appreciate the great value in the meals.

I had an Ice coffe and a grilled chicken/bacon Sandwich, on Ciabatta bread. There was enough chicken on it for 2 people. The bacon and cheese was fabulous. Just beware that it's a open face Sandwich, only one piece of bread. But that didn't bother me. It came with french fries which were thick and soft, not the way I like my fries.
Overall, I had a huge Sandwich, coffee, and a coke and it only cost 10.00 USD. Good deal in my book.

I've visited Gil Vicente twice. Both times, my food was excellent. The seafood was well-prepared, the salad was fresh, crisp, and well-made. The prices might be a bit steep, but the food was good. The service was also good.
