A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lyon has 2,000 years of history imprinted on its streets (yes, the cobblestone kind). Explore this history in Vieux Lyon (one of Europe's most extensive Renaissance neighborhoods) and Lyon's two Roman amphitheatres, which still stage rock concerts today. It's no wonder Lyon is a popular area for travelers, with its dynamic university, first-class shopping, antique markets, vibrant theatre and music festivals, and a range of interesting museums, such as the International Puppet Museum and the Museum of Miniatures and Film Sets. (When we say "interesting," we mean it.)

Service was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. Waiting time was not long before we had our orders taken and were served.
Dishes were beautifully presented, that much I will say. However the was disappointed by the lack of originality of the dishes on offer, and found the beef tataki too salty while the sardines were tasteless. The quantity was also on the "light" side so it was a meal of 50% bread. For the price paid, it wasn't really good value for money.
Having eaten in many gastronomic restaurants this one was okay but truly nothing stellar.

This typical lyonnaise restaurant makes you „think“ when you read the menu at first. There are many cuts of meat or offal on the menu you would not naturally go for at first sight. Take my advice and be bold! Go for it and expect to be truly surprised! Just about everything I ate was to the point, super tasty and delicious. Don‘t be taken back by some of the service personelle either. It seems to be „cool“ here to be a bit „offish“. I know this from Cologne where I was born. It‘s about attitude, style but also humor. Relax, laugh and enjoy this place. It‘s truly „real“!

We visited several Michelin starred restaurants in Lyon. This was easily the best. The food was superb. There is a standard menu of eight courses (plus a plentiful supply of amuse bouches). Every one of them was first rate, a beautiful mix of classic French and Asian influences. Every one of them was also amazingly inventive. The atmospheres was warm and intimate. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. And the whole experience was without the pretension of the other restaurants we visited in Lyon (even though those other restaurants were, in our opinion, not nearly as interesting or good).
My wife and I have visited Michelin starred restaurants in many countries. This was among the very best.
If you are spending only one night in Lyon and love fine dining, go here. But take care to book well in advance. The restaurant is tiny and the news about its status at the top of the list of Lyon restaurants is starting to spread.

We visited here on the strength of the Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. The selection of cheeses was awesome, meats were delicious and service was fabulous! The cheeses were all labelled and came with a tasty accompaniment to bring out the flavour of the cheese. We had things like Apricots, Pumpkin Seeds, Crispy Onion and Chocolate. The taste when you ate them with the extras were incredible.
The wine recommendations were spot on and the dessert was amazing. We chose the Cafe Gourmand and had a mini Pear Clafoutis, Lemon Curd Pud and an Apple Cake. All homemade and all delicious!
The service was excellent too - the guy who served us also gave us a top recommendation for a restaurant we went to in the evening and it was also fabulous!
You must visit!

My girlfriend and myself came here on our last night in Lyon. Christoph was extremely nice and gave us great information about where to go on our backpacking adventure. His food was delicious and the wine selection was even better. This is a must go in Lyon.

I really can't say enough about our experience. From the food to the service, from start to finish it was a fabulous experience. I'm not going to go into each item we had but I will say that every time they place a new item on our table my wife and I would just look at it first to appreciate the creativity. This is a must for anyone who knows food.

We had dinner here twice in January and wanted to return on this trip. If anything, the meal was better than we remembered. The presentation was super and everything was so fresh and enticing. Odile, the chef's wife, is so welcoming. We felt like we were coming home again. Such warmth. The place was so busy but she took the time to help us with everything and made she me wonderful suggestions. You REALLY must eat here but reserve early. It is very busy, justifiably.

I enjoyed this dinner so much that I might go to Lyon again just for this reason. The service was absolutely fabulous and food was beyond amazing. We had difficulty choosing the wine but they helped us (the book with wine list is huge and it only has names of families and no explanation about the wine- so help was needed for us). The restaurant itself has great setting.

Wondering how to spend a privileged moment with the ones you love? Search no more, here is your home.
Low key, indistinguishable from the outside, if you don't know it is there, you won't see it.
And the kitchen is all about that: subtile, delicate and unpretentious, even playful.
Service is net, Sommelier full of respect for the kitchen and Maître d'hôtel doing everything for you to have the moment you expect.
3 Amuse bouche to start the meal, first one being an unforgettable sardine.
Chef Roure is surprising, mixing textures and flavors on his own harmony. Each ingredient hold is own power, you feel them individually or mix them infinitely.
5 dishes meal with wine arrangement is the only option you want to make.
I hope there were a 10 dishes options and we can sit and eat for hours, feeling and enjoying every bite of a single gastronomical experience!
Thanking you for an everlasting moment.

The menu changes almost on a daily basis depending on what's available and the table set warns you thatthe food is not gluten-free, nut-free, taste-free... This is French cuisine like it's supposed to be. Heart-warming and fulfilling your every needs. I loved it and I have recommended it ever since.
