Great restaurant. Paleta Iberico to start followed by delicious Solomillo de Cerdo with sobrasada and honey served on mashed potatoes studded with wild mushrooms. Wonderful bottle of Rosat Aguja . Service superb. Fantastic evening and a great end to the stay in Sineu....a small village blessed with excellent restaurants. If only restaurants in the UK were this good ...

RESTAURANT AND PETIT HOTEL IN MALLORCA DaiCa is a balance between innovation and tradition. A family project of David Ribas and Caterina Pieras which is born in 2012 and aims to unite gastronomy and wellbeing in one space, in a unique corner of Mallorca. If you're looking for a restaurant which offers a creative and healthy gastronomical offer, along with a Petit Hotel in Mallorca, then DaiCa is your choice. A healthy and creative culinary vision which gets its nutrients from the traditional Mallorcan and Catalan recipes in harmony with technique and the intuition of experience and Deep respect for seasonal, local and quality products. Our Petit Hotel has three charming rooms where you can relax and rest in a peaceful atmosphere full of personality. Rest after a long day’s hiking, or spend the night here after a wonderful meal.
Believe all of the reviews... this restaurant is incredible! The atmosphere is relaxed and calming - we all commented how being in DaiCa was the most relaxed we'd felt all week - and the tasting menu is out of this world. It was lovely to sample lots of Mallorcan cuisine, particularly as it was so creatively chosen and put together. They catered well for a non-seafood eater in our party, swapping in a different course. I think the food changes a lot, but we had tapas, breads with oils, aubergine, prawns/pork, veal, lemon dessert. Excellent value for money at €42 per head, excellent service and I only wish that there was a DaiCa in the UK

Establishment typical Majorcan house located in nice quiet service with good music. Kitchen and home baking. Open from 07:30 pm until 9:30 pm. Monday,Tuesday, and Wednesday closed.By reservation only.
Our second visit (would’ve been our third, but couldn’t get in last year).
Three years since our first experience, we were intrigued to see if it lived up to the standards previously enjoyed.
Pleased to say that it did.....the same format - taster menu that changes each week. The same high quality food and attentive, friendly service.
The only difference was that they can accommodate a few more people and have a couple more staff (it used to be Chris and her husband - from memory).
Tremendous value, just go there......although my positive review before was probably instrumental in being the reason why I couldn’t get a reservation the next time.
A word of advice if you’re already in Majorca and plan to reserve a table - you’ll probably be disappointed; book a good few weeks before you travel.

Having struggled all week to find proper Mallorcan food in Palma we were delighted to stumble on this lovely restaurant opposite the station. We took the train from Palma to visit the Wednesday market in Sineu (well worth doing) and had lunch while waiting for the train back. The lamb was succulent and to die for and the service was charming. Would definitely return

We visited outside the main tourist season, and it was difficult to find nice restaurants with fresh food and some other people. This restaurant proved to be different, the food was good and not expensive, there were lots of locals and a nice atmosphere. Definitively recommendable!

We unusually found a table outside on market day so stayed for lunch. There was a band playing across the road which created a lovely atmosphere and the restaurant was great for people watching. The food was average. We ordered 1 medium rare fillet steak which for Spain came rather well done and 1 tumbet with lomo, fine tumbet but dry pork loin. Along with a large beer, a glass of red wine and 2.alcohol free beers the bill came to a reasonable €42.

Great great pizza. The waiter/receptionist/kitchen helper/reservation maker was outstanding. Full house and she managed to serve us in a timely manner with a smile. Also helped us with a wheelchair.
Food is really good if you like pizza. Very big and sufficient.
The restaurant was overbooked and it felt really hot, especially sitting near then huge oven.
It felt a bit claustrophobic at times, with customers also collecting pizzas to take away.

Restaurant Son Catiu If you want to enjoy a "pa amb oli", seasoned with an exquisite oil; in a quiet place and in the middle of nature, between Mountains and forest. Accepts Reservations Suitable for groups Ideal for children
The restaurant is one part of the enterprise; there is the most modern olive press in Majorca here and a shop selling authentic local food and drink products.
The location at a roundabout makes it a great place to stop for locals and visitors - get coffee or a drink and have some freshly prepared authentic Pa amb Oli dishes with fresh local ingredients.
There are a full range of options for lunch, and a very affordable dinner is available at weekends - a room for parties so most evenings it is packed with local families and their friends making it a very nice place to visit.

A super restaurant with fantastic food, fantastic star and lovely location.
All the food was really well presented, really fresh, very tasty and excellent choice of mallorcan favourites like pa amb oli, but also lovely hamburgers and pizzas.
A beautiful setting the square, with the sound of the church bells ringing in the background.
Would definitely come again if in Llubi! A great restaurant :)
